At the office they turn off some aircon to minimize the circulation of air but downside it is gonna get hot and we are wearing mask and its hard to breathe and I have to go outside takeoff my mask to breathe in some fresh air. I hope there will be no prolonged illness by wearing mask all day.

    personally,
i find the turning-off-the-aircon part,... questionable, if containing spread of covid is the objective.
whether the aircon works or not, the air in the room will still be there, un-changed.
but it does result in diminished electricity bill...
    sneaky office manager...
    heh heh.

but there is potential illness in wearing un-clean mask.

[emoji28]

Former Mandaluyong mayor Benjamin Abalos Jr. said he is no longer experiencing any COVID-19 symptom, a few days after ingesting Chinese medication given to him by ex-senator Bongbong Marcos.

Abalos, whose parents have both caught the viral illness, said he also experienced joint pains, cough, sore throat and burning sensation of the skin.

“Without waiting for the swabbing, I immediately took the Chinese meds Bongbong Marcos gave me (4 tablets x 4 x/day),” he wrote in a Facebook post, without specifying the name of the drug.

“But the good news is 2 days ago, I sweated profusely when I took the Chinese meds. This early morning I had diarrhea, intense sweat. When I took a shower, I felt fresh, light headed, and no more symptoms of any kind whatsoever. I’m 100% fit and healthy,” he said.

The former mayor also shared that the condition of his father, former Commission on Elections chairman Benjamin Abalos Sr., has “greatly improved,” and that his infected mother is also “continually improving.” The two were confirmed to have contracted the virus on July 17.

Do you think going GCQ was a bad idea, or it was inevitable because of mass testing?

The hospitals weren't full in late June, compared to now....
