mas rarami talaga ang recovery, dahil mas maraming may sakit.
    heh heh.

we should remember that recovery and not fatality, is the majority course of the illness.

Tingin ko hinde na. Localized lockdown na lang talaga. Ibabalim nila sa ECQ for what? Eh pag bumababa numbers downgrade to MECQ tapos tataas nanaman ano gagawin balik nanaman sa ECQ?

Sa interview kay Ano sa news kangina , hindi na babalik sa MECQ, either GCQ padin or MGCQ ang NCR.
Yung Cebu lang ang sure siya na hindi bababa sa MGCQ.

    not likely

the gov't isn't gonna go backwards and damage the economy even more considering they're already seeing the damage the 2 month+ lockdown caused (negative GDP growth, number of unemployed, number of business closures)

they'll either maintain GCQ or go to MGCQ

    fake news yan

Some of it doesn't make sense. Parang hindi tech literate gumawa nito. It just doesn't inspire confidence para sa kin. These are department of education, sila ang in charge sa pagtuturo ng mga bata. I'm hoping this is fake news.

    Read it again ...

The Department of Education has released the recommended minimum specifications for laptops, tablets, smartphones and internet for those who want to donate.

They require a specific cyan blue color for the device as anti-fencing measure.

    it seems obvious to me.
the partition has to be higher than head level, to be marginally effective.
personally, i think, "the higher and wider, the better".

Looks OK to me, generic terms ginamit, lalo na as much as possible bawal mag indicate ng brands even sa kaliit liitan na component when it comes to government acquisition or procurement.

I just hope yung deped apps and modules na gagamitin ay compatible to most of platforms and OS. Tama observation ng iba na bakit Android lang nilagay sa OS specs.
