    "AUB Bank Advisory -- Shortened Banking Hours shall be implemented starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Our new banking hours will from 10am to 3pm. Check clearing cut-off will be at 1pm. These banking hours shall be in effect until further notice. Thank you."

    I thinks most banks are still primed to be open tomorrow, unless Malacanang says otherwise. It's a wait and see game.

    As per sec. gecko, for banks, only ATMs will be open. From a phone interview on CNN Ph a few minutes ago.

    My cousin called me up to say she heard on the radio that even online banking will be shutdown. Banking news is a big mess right now, until Our Beloved President speaks later. Wait and see.
