If you've been extra conscious, careful w/ precautions & still catch something, go thru the prescribed protocol. Isolate, medicate, hydrate....& Pray....it's really proven more effective than worrying.[emoji120][emoji4]

Scientists are estimating that the days where effective containment was possible have already passed.

Amen, brother.[emoji120] The inevitable is better prep'd than feared.[emoji4] If life were to be purely of comfort chasing & survival, I've to admit being too dumb to get it. More meaning in service....I think?[emoji848]

Today is the 12th day since I got back from Europe. I started having intermittent cough this afternoon. Like 2-3x every 20-30mins? My voice is a little hoarse and there are white spots on my tonsils. Otherwise I feel fine. I hope this is just tonsillitis. I also got sore throat for abt 5 days while I was in Italy on this same trip. It started on my 3rd day there. But antibiotics took care of it. Makikiramdam muna ako.

Ps I’ve been on self imposed home quarantine since arriving. Was looking forward to Sunday, my 14th day. Then this started.

Risky daw ang Ibuprofen sa COVID-19 patients.. Pero walang research/data to support the claim.
THE NEW YORK TIMES: Is Ibuprofen Really Risky for Coronavirus Patients?
Dr. Véran’s warning followed a letter published in The Lancet this month. The letter’s authors proposed that certain drugs increase the number of so-called ACE2 receptors on the surfaces of cells.
The coronavirus uses these receptors to infect cells, the authors noted, and so in theory patients taking the drugs might be more vulnerable to the virus. One of the drugs was ibuprofen.
But there was no research to back up the contention. “No data,” said Dr. Michele Barry, director of the Center for Innovation in Global Health at Stanford University. There is no reason to think that infected patients should avoid temporary use of ibuprofen, she added.

How about antibiotics, vaccine and garlic? Good for prevention?
WHO - Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) advice for the public: Myth busters

Are antibiotics effective in preventing and treating the new coronavirus?
No, antibiotics do not work against viruses, only bacteria.
The new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) is a virus and, therefore, antibiotics should not be used as a means of prevention or treatment.
However, if you are hospitalized for the 2019-nCoV, you may receive antibiotics because bacterial co-infection is possible.
