it's not easy, designing a vaccine.

    is it manufacture-able?
    is it stable?
    is it safe?
is it effective against any and all variants, including future variants??
how long is its confered protection?

these things are investigated first in test tubes, then on warm bodies.

there is a race for vaccines.
    then, there's patent rights...

Old video from 2021 when vaccines were still in short supply.

Actual numbers are hgher than this for sure. I know famlies who had symptoms or had positive antigen test but did not have RT PCR test for various reasons (mahal kasi nga buong pamilya na or sobrang haba ng pila sa dami ng nagpapa test, hindi makalabas kasi isolated).

But they can afford to do that because Omicron is mild.

The difference between the original variant and now omicron variant is that before when you get covid it is like you got cancer or an illness that people will avoid you but right now people are slowly accepting covid just like an ordinary cough and colds and doesn't fear covid anymore.....

She will not stray from the WHO narrative

WHO says omicron won'''t be last Covid variant as global cases surge by 2% in a week

The World Health Organization on Tuesday said the pandemic will not end as the omicron variant subsides in some countries, warning the high levels of infection around the world will likely lead to new variants as the virus mutates.

“We’re hearing a lot of people suggest that omicron is the last variant, that it’s over after this. And that is not the case because this virus is circulating at a very intense level around the world,” Maria Van Kerkhove, the WHO’s Covid-19 technical lead, said during a coronavirus update in Geneva.

Lumambot na balls ni digong sa kanyang political will, sana same with his fight against drugs na EJK left and right yung tigas nya, tanggalin na nya mga covid mandates and let's live with covid now that majority of the population have already been vaccinated.

    ^^^

yes that's what we imagined back in 2020

when covid becomes a less deadly illness (either from vaccines and/or evolution towards less virulence) it becomes less scary so it should no longer disrupt normal human activity

2022 na meron na bakuna and the virus is less virulent -- eto na hinihintay natin eh

what we imagined in 2020 is already here

pero stuck parin sa 2020/21 madami tao including the authorities
