Im into ray peat, tcm, functional medicine, naturopathy. Pumipitas-pitas ako jan. Walang blanket authority kasi pag health wala pa ako naencounter na perfect kasi humans die. So ayoko nakasalalay buhay sa hospital.

As I understand granular lockdown will be determined by area. Some area maybe in granular lockdown some may not. Alert level determines how those particular area will lockdown. So bakit nilagay sa alert level 4 ang buong NCR? That means all areas on NCR are at lockdown? Ano pa silbi ng granular lockdown kung lahat naman pala lockdown?

any insights on the natural immunity one supposedly acquires after one gets afflicted w/ the delta variant of this disease and survives? will it be potent enough to shield one against the other up and coming variants? does it even shield a survivor from the old iterations of the virus? all precautions being applied, of course.
