Last Friday, may nagbahay-bahay dito.. Magra-rap daw sya wala sya work para sa konting tulong.. Naka pormang rapper si kuya.. Walang mask at faceshield..

I saw a documentary about hospitals getting overwhelmed by COVID in Texas and a doctor being interviewed was wearing a faceshield with a rubberized extension below the face which appears to create a seal around her neck. She then has tubes attached presumably to some kind of filter system. Maybe thats what he's talking about.
