Wala yata sa IATF guidelines ang liquor ban. It's up to the LGU to declare a liquor ban. Like in Makati, hindi yata nagkaroon ng liquor ban even if naka ECQ.

maybe those labs that failed to report previously,
dumped their new numbers in today's census.

i have noted before,
that they should report numerators as well as denominators.
they report on new cases, but they fail to say how many tests they made.
