Yup I timed it kasi, to be exact, my second dose took 35 mins, first dose took 45 mins pero ganun na din from the time I stepped in and out of the vaccination area is fast

All covid vaccines have reduced effectiveness against the Delta variant.

It not that J&J "isnt effective" but the effectiveness is reduced.

IMO whether J&J has reduced effectiveness or not, we should still use it to vaccinate as much people as possible whle maintaining the usual health protocols.

Manila City gov't learned of Delta variant in capital 3 weeks after carrier's death: Isko | ABS-CBN News

MANILA - Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso on Tuesday said the local government only learned that there was a Delta variant carrier in the capital city nearly a month after the patient died due to complications brought by COVID-19.
The Department of Health (DOH) earlier said that of the 35 Delta variant carriers in the country, 3 were from Manila. Of these cases, a 58-year-old woman from Pandacan, Manila died on June 28, 2021.

"Wala po kaming information. In fact, 3 weeks after June 26 pa namin nalaman na mayroong Delta [case]," Domagoso said in a Facebook Live video.

The new study has not yet been peer reviewed nor published in a scientific journal. But it is consistent with observations that a single dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine — which has a similar architecture to the J.&J. vaccine — shows only about 33 percent efficacy against symptomatic disease caused by the Delta variant.
