and social distancing, practised religiously-and-not-only-when-somebody-is-watching.

People are already losing so much money on safety/health protocols and economic restrictions for so long doc. I don't think the cost of this will matter much vs what it can do for people.

they already have FDA approved home covid test that can be purchased without prescription



if every american tests every morning to determine whether they can leave the house or not, that would bring down infections to suoer low level

it's a single-use item.
once activated and used, one has to discard and replace the test kit.
my wild guess price is about 1K per kit.

it's still under study. we'll have to wait for developments vis a vis reliability, cost, and others.

Wear double facemask for enhanced protection together with faceshield. But downside though is heat.

This is how I see it, on why children are getting infected.

Since a lot of adults have been vaccinated, and most countries have already eased their lockdowns or have totally opened up, there are more face to face interactions among the population. And the virus just keeps on spreading. But since a lot of people have been vaccinated already, most don't feel or show any symptoms. And they go home, hug and kiss their children.
