    More than 360,000 doses of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine candidate arrived Wednesday night in the Philippines, officials said.

    Of the 365,040 procured jabs, 262,080 were unloaded at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport around 9 p.m.
    Cebu and Davao areas, on the other hand, will each receive 51,480 doses, according to the National Task Force Against COVID-19.

    This should not provide any comfort to the US vs Delta with much less fully vaccinated of total population
    When the model country for vaccination has runaway covid cases, a high proportion in the vaccinated who now have waned immunity > 6 months out, it's pretty hard to question the utility of boosters to help build back the immunity wall. And the use of all mitigation measures, too.
    in less than a year Israel needs to rebuild the immunity of their highly vaccinated population with 3rd shot

    they were celebrating victory over covid in April/May

    who would have thought the victory would be so short-lived

    MECQ yan with ECQs restrictions. First wala na silang pang ayuda yun lang naman talaga ang consideration eh, not hospital utilization, positivity rate or reproductive rate.

    so ang point ni Leachon baket kaya ng india mag bakuna ng ganyan kadami tao sa isang araw bakit di kaya ng Pinas?

    naconsider ba ni leachon na ang mga pabrika ng bakuna ay nasa india mismo so hindi nila kailangan maghintay sa bakuna galing abroad

    I was thinking what if Dr. Leachon becomes our health secretary would he make any difference with regards to DOH on handling this pandemic.

    If he was appointed today: not much
