Now DOH is reminding us to wear mask even at home especially with family and kids for those who frequently go outside in public places or essential workers. I mean you can see people not properly wearing mask outside how can they religiously wear mask at home.

We do since March 2021. We only remove our masks inside our rooms but when in common areas, naka mask kami. We also NEVER eat together. Even when in the garden or garage kasi what if may neighbor ka na may covid, e di nasagap mo yung hangin nila?

Swerte din ng mga hindi nagma mask at hindi nakaka sagap ng covid. Parang sa wet market, mga suki ko, parang walang pandemic sa kanila

There are other herbal supplements that are stronger. I know because cancer patients are recommended these since they are immuno suppressed when undergoing chemotherapy. The challenge is finding the most effective combination & cost effective. They are very expensive.
