i do not see how the vaccine can get you to get infected with the influenza virus.
    Flu-like symptoms doc.
Fever, body malaise, headache, bodyache, chills...symptoms which can be seen too after a yearly flu vaccine

I think she’s comparing us to the USA. Here, there’s no distinction between vaccines.
Fully vaxxed SCs will be allowed normal activities as dictated by the guidelines of the IATF so, no one is imprisoned in their houses. Your choice to go out or not.

Risk niyo yan if you want to live your lives normally but I don't want to risk it because I absolutely cannot afford to get sick and the seniors here are in their late 70s. And I think we all know that I am talking figuratively about being imprisoned. Ilan percent lang protection ng sinovac, isn't is 60%? I CHOOSE to live my life as if I have no vaccine EXCEPT that I will stop obsessively sanitizing groceries and fresh produce and we won't be wearing masks at home anymore (2 weeks after 2nd dose)

NO WAY will I let the seniors go out until we all have mRNA and my Mom agrees with me as well.

May parents too got Astra. The long wait for the second dose lang talaga, kainip.

Per LGU hindi pa nila hawak ang for second dose. Either with the Govt pa ba or totally wala pa dito sa Pilipinas.

    Waiting game.

You have all the right to protect your parents and high risk family members inspite of being vaccinated.
Kahit naka-pfizer or moderna ka and there’s a 0.00028% chance of death from vaccine breakthrough, no one can blame you for being overprotective.

I chose the hospital vaccination site instead yung nasa mall.

5:45am nakapila na kami, I assume nasa 30ish kami sa pila if ang basehan mo is yung seating arrangement.

The security personnel start listing our names based doon sa seating arrangement.

    8:00am nag start.

So obvious naiba yung listahan, all of us are asking nasaan yung listahan na ginawa earlier.

Tried talking sense to those manning the queue pero wala din talaga.

Not sure why hindi natin masyadong naririnig na may namamatay na kids, but based covid19stat.ph, there are more than 137 deaths in 10-19yo and 196 deaths in 9yo and below!!!

I can feel the pain of the parents who lost their kids due to this virus...

If aalisin mo yung singitan at padrino? Okay na ako sa sistema niya.

Kaso in a perfect world yun.

That's great bro. 1 dose of Astra gives good protection already. Like you I'm a bit more at ease now that I know at least they have partial protection.

Yes bro yun nga, before ayaw talaga nila and I thought I could force them outright pero hindi din pala. Gladly they called me and asked if I could drive them to the vaccination site, ayun bonus na lang at Astra nga since nademonized din sa kanila yung Sinovac.

    How many “days”?

Logic dictates, carrier na yan prior the first sting.
