officially the US has 157 cases right? (latest)

    11 deaths

    it doesn't make sense

if 3% ang fatality rate, 11 is 3% of what number?

oo nga sigurado madami di tested

    pero ang deaths undeniable diba?

so doon ka sa number of deaths mag extrapolate

sa data ng ibang bansa lumalabas 3% ang fatality rate

so kung 11 deaths ang US, 11 is 3% of what number?

yan ang mas credible number of infected

11 is 3% of 366 yan dapat ang figure sa US..

pero if you looked at Sokor.. 35 deaths out of 5,621 cases.. napakababa nang percentage.. .6% lang yun..

yep and if other countries started with a few infections to hundreds then naging thousands, ganyan din mangyayari sa US

lalo if they get their act together and better test kits are produced and distributed and they start testing more people

bigla sisipa ang number of infected

3.4% is the worldwide mortality rate. China's numbers are included in the world total.

so if we use Sokor's data, nasa thousands na din ang US

    well,
here in the phils, it's 3 cases and only one fatality. that's 33% mortality.

    seriously,
157 is such a small number, to generate population statistics with. there are probably variables involved, that are un-accounted for.

yun na nga kaya the numbers from the US don't make sense

    157 cases with 11 deaths?

that's almost 10% fatality rate compared to global 3.4% posted by Mons

    -

ung sa Korea naman they test thousands of people everyday kaya madami talaga cases kaya ung fatality rate parang mababa naman

The death rate will be accurate only if everyone who has the virus gets tested. Hard to speculate how many untested people have the virus. And then there are the variables. Inaccurate testing kits, baka nagkataon yung cluster ng infections sa US puro matatanda/may sakit, etc.

SS Princess Petri Dish part 2...

Thousands held on cruise ship off California after passengers, crew develop COVID-19 symptoms - CNA

"So we're holding that ship, which (has) thousands of passengers as well, off the coast, and we'll be conducting those tests," he added.

Eleven passengers and 10 crew members were potentially infected with the virus, Newsom said.

    Yup... Still in denial...

Trump claims 3.4% death rate from coronavirus is '''false,''' contradicts WHO - Business Insider

"Well, I think the 3.4% is really a false number," Trump said. "Now, this is just my hunch but based on a lot of conversation with a lot of people who do this, because a lot of people will have this and it's very mild. They'll get better very rapidly. They don't even see a doctor."

Trump later claimed in the interview that "hundred-of-thousands" of people get better from the virus, even though there have been less than 100,000 cases confirmed in the world.
