For me not until majority ng A4 mabakunahan.
We can't compare ourself to Israel, America, China, NZ countries na wala ng restriction.

Because we are used to this figure which looks normal our panic mode is above 10k per day.

9 cities tagged as 'areas of concern' amid rise in COVID-19 cases - Philstar.com
OCTA Research on Monday said nine cities outside Metro Manila have emerged as areas of concern due to an increase in COVID-19 infections over the past week.
The independent panel of experts in its June 7 report said these are: Davao City, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, Koronadal, and Cotabato in Mindanao, as well as Bacolod, Iloilo City and Dumaguete in Visayas, and Tuguegarao in Luzon.
OCTA noted that Davao City had a 54% growth rate in new cases, or at 206 from last week's 134. Its daily attack rate has stood at 11.34.
With the current figures, experts said the city is forecast to surpass the COVID-19 count of Quezon City by this week. The latter saw 219 more infections against its 280 from the previous week, or a -22% growth rate.
Davao City was reverted to Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine this month until June 20. The move was per the request of the local government, as a surge in cases overwhelmed the Southern Philippines Medical Center and its quarantine facilities.
That's the problem pag wala sa NCR ang problema, parang hinde nabibigyan ng importansya and hinde nagiging malaking issue.
It's been happening not only for covid pero sa mga natural calamities well of course pera lang kung parsng Yolanda but even then we don't feel and we don't worry as much dahil nga Hindd dito sa NCR nangyari.
Ondoy sobrang na hilight since dito nangyari.
Kaya ito problema ngayon bumaba cases dito sa NCR then mag relax nanaman.

Work-from-home employees included in A4 vaccination group ? Palace | Philstar.com
Employees who are working from home are included in the economic frontliners priority group for COVID-19 vaccination or A4, Malacañang said Tuesday.
Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said the work-from-home set-up is just a temporary arrangement and employees who are doing their tasks remotely usually report to their offices during normal times.
"I think, although this is subject to verification, they are included (in the A4)," Roque said at a press briefing.
"We included them so that the work arrangements of people working in the private and public sectors will become normal," he added.
Roque noted that only about 30% of government workers physically report to their offices because of the pandemic.
"If they are not included in the 30% work force, it doesn't mean that they are not part of the A4," the Palace spokesman added.
