It will cause pila but you cannot force people from not choosing the brand of vaccine. It is in their constitutional rights to choose.

What the gov't can do to gain confidence is not to get Chinavax or any from communist countries, buy only western. Yung mga Chinavax sa covax, isaksak nila sa maga gov't at dede ebs since yung amo nila promotor.

The problem is its only the Chinese vaccine brand that is able to deliver its vaccine here on time.
If not for COVAX wala tayo AZN and Pfizer.
Matagal na nag order mga LGU pati groupo ni Joey concepcion ng Astrazeneca pero wala pa rin.

In fairness i am trying to find a 3rd world country similar to ours that has procured and received a large order of Pfizer or Moderna that was not from COVAX.

Herd Immunity will be achieved whether we use sinovac or pfizer or moderna or astrazeneca or sputnik or sinopharm. The longer we delay the administration of a vaccine the longer it is to reach Herd Immunity.

Tama ka rin. Unahin nila yung mga gusto magpabakuna. Hindi rin ako sangayon dun sa comment ni 12vdc na may right to choose ang mga tao. Ang objective natin ay to obtain “herd immunity” in the shortest time possible. Kung urong ng urong, they are pushing back the timeline. Dapat nila tandaan, hindi lang NCR+ ang babakunahan sa Pilipinas. Pag na attain na ang, let’s say 80% vaccinated sa NCR+, decrease the number of vax centers & increase vax efforts outside the NCR+ & Luzon. I also heard here that indigents will be given Pfizer vax & I feel that is right because they are vulnerable & are drivers of infections if not properly attended to.

from what i understand,

the "high level" and "moderate level" are self-explanatory.
it simply means, "the vaccine works as advertised".

the "low level of confidence" is because their data are inconclusive.
it does not mean, "pangit ang sinovac sa kanila".
it means, "we do not know".

Yung cousin ko kasi na on his 20s eh TB ang comorbids nya but it was years ago. I don't know how he proved na nagka TB sya kung wala na yung mga papers since it was years ago.

The right to choose exist kaya nga may nag backout upon knowing sa booth.

Kaya idk how would you implement refusal of entry sa private establishments sa non-vaxinated individuals. Services for general public is to benefit everyone and the privelege to give service to the public in exchange for money is governed also by constitution.

Dapat malinaw, they should pass a law muna or proper guidlines for those non-vaxers stating the health/safety/attaining herd immunity, else that would be unconstitutional. Pustahan may pipiyok dyan at kung tatangapin ni Diokno ang kaso, ibabato nanaman ng admin sa opposition ang human rights vs herd immunity.

I have the same hesitation sa vaccine. Ayoko talaga magpaturok pero na peer pressure ako sa Tsikot (just kidding) I need to fly kasi kaya I want to have some sort of protection at pati mga tao sa bahay. Not sure if its all the vaccine companies but the ones that a friend who works at a multinational talked to seem to confirm it.
