the gov't will ask (beg) you to invest giving you lots of incentives (like tax breaks, tax exemption etc)

after you spend tons of money putting up a plant and it's up and running... some years later another admin will say "masyado pabor sa negosyante ito... dehado ang gobyerno"

Hong Kong bans flights from India, Pakistan and the Philippines over mutant COVID-19 strain - CNA

HONG KONG: Hong Kong will suspend flights from India, Pakistan and the Philippines for two weeks from Tuesday (Apr 20), after the N501Y mutant COVID-19 strain was detected in the Asian financial hub for the first time, authorities said in a statement late on Sunday.

The three countries would be classified as "extremely high risk" after there had been multiple imported cases carrying the strain into Hong Kong in the past 14 days, the government said.

masks on babies pose a significant health hazard.
they can suffocate with their use.

Just got our first jab of Sinovac this morning c/o our LGU.

A friend just tested positive. He had the whole household tested na rin Everyone, the 2 kids plus the yaya tested positive except the wife. She was the only one who came out negative. So ngayon parang baliktad sa house nila. Yung negative person yung naka isolate.

Nakakapagtaka din sa bahay ng friend ko.. Yung papa nya nag-positive sa COVID na meron weekly session for dialysis. Apat lang sila sa bahay wala syang symptoms and mama nya.. Yung kapatid nya meron sore throat and fatigue.. Both papa nya and brother nya nag ok na pakiramdam mula kahapon.. House lang din sila nag-quarantine..
Btw, natuloy ang dialysis kailangan lang nila ng extra bayad for PPE.. Pati siya na sumama sa papa nya naka PPE din.. 9.5K per session ang dialysis for covid positive patient.
Counting na lang sila for 14 days isolation para ma confirm if clear na sila sa covid..

The CDC also recommends the use of HEPA air filters for HVAC.

Of course this entails an additional cost, but its relatively small

asthmatics have been using hepa filters for years now.
they say its use decreases the severity and/or number of their asthma attacks.

if the cdc recommends it, ... make it so.
especially for rooms whose windows do not lend to ease of opening.
