Nope, private companies have the right to refuse. It's not like they're the government na kailangan iserve lahat. They private companies are being paid acoording to service, and they have the right to refuse to do service.

You have certificate of public convenience inorder to operate. The Government make sure you operate within the Constitution.

Try mo refuse papasukin sa resto mo isang tao, kpag nagreklamo yan yare prankisa mo.

Same as Eminent domain, the Government owns every property they can get your property for public use after just compensation.

Believe it or not, agree or not, we are in a state of pseudo martial law. Mga pulis naka battle fatigues pero wala naman kalaban. We have curfews & rules imposed upon us. So I just think that even if the constitution guarantees our right, if the IATF, the DILG or the DOH imposes the rules on no choosing of the FREE vaccine brand, they can do it & I don’t think it will be a human rights issue. It will be a rights issue if the gov’t forces everyone to get vaccinated against our will. They are not doing it so far. As far as imposing a vaccine pass, the gov’t is also against that at this point because only a small percentage have been vaccinated. Will a vaccine pass be a public requirement? Maybe. But the vaccine pass(port) will definitely be a requirement to visit by other countries (happening now) & it will be a requirement to board a plane. If, let’s say NCR+ attains a 90% vax compliance, private places can have the pass as a requirement & they have all the right to do so to protect the unvaccinated. Constitutional rights go both ways. No one is forcing the vax on you but the right to protect the public is still there.
