how long they stay outside the country?

the US government requires certain... acts... to prove one's loyalty to one's adoptive country.
but unique conditions can arise that might hinder such acts.
but hey! if one can rationalize it...
given certain situations, it's not difficult to rationalize.

bottomline,
we are not privy to the conditions under which the person is abiding by the green card situation..

The bottomline is the rules for green card holders are standard. Like what shadow and I said, hindi na pwede ngayon mandaya dahil electronic na.

Believe it or not, agree or not, we are in a state of pseudo martial law. Mga pulis naka battle fatigues pero wala naman kalaban. We have curfews & rules imposed upon us. So I just think that even if the constitution guarantees our right, if the IATF, the DILG or the DOH imposes the rules on no choosing of the FREE vaccine brand, they can do it & I don’t think it will be a human rights issue. It will be a rights issue if the gov’t forces everyone to get vaccinated against our will. They are not doing it so far. As far as imposing a vaccine pass, the gov’t is also against that at this point because only a small percentage have been vaccinated. Will a vaccine pass be a public requirement? Maybe. But the vaccine pass(port) will definitely be a requirement to visit by other countries (happening now) & it will be a requirement to board a plane. If, let’s say NCR+ attains a 90% vax compliance, private places can have the pass as a requirement & they have all the right to do so to protect the unvaccinated. Constitutional rights go both ways. No one is forcing the vax on you but the right to protect the public is still there.

As long as it is a company policy based on their mission and vision so to speak - meaning based on a valid classification of their customers - it is valid. Private enterprises have their own rights also. Same lang yan sa bawal maiingay na customers kasi nakakadistract sa iba. Their house, their rules generally huwag lang discriminatory or against public policy.

Buti pa itong Navotas kahit na from China ang isda nila sa port pero hinuli sa WPS eh naiintindihan ang basic rights. Yung iba eh nag sourgrape nalang dahil tsinovak naisaksak
