yeah i guess other people will take advantage of it

    so same effect

so sila din wala pang gastos and so on

    --

If so. Bakit? I'm wondering why you sound so worried if the PH economy collapses.

Suddenly, taking a loan against your building's value isn't a good idea anymore.

If they will implement social distancing sa planes e di parang half the seating capacity na lang. Over the years grabe niliit ng plane seats

but that's something the banking system doesn't need right now

car loan, home loan, business loan, credit card etc

kahit wala lockdown may mga nahihirapan magbayad ng car loan (see those car loan threads)

    mas lalo ngayon

    from the corona thread:

    back to landlords

    specially landlords of commercial spaces

    specially mall owners

they haven't been paid for months

when ecq --> gcq landlords are still not gonna get paid

coz tenants aren't gonna bounce back to pre-ecq levels of income

they will try to renegotiate with landlords

pag hindi sila magkasundo, we'll see closed shops

pati mga vloggers na travel ang content nila pano na sila ngayon, either they think of a new pakulo or create click bait contents, maybe dapat balik na sila sa home country nila at look for a 9-5 jobs.
