haven't heard anyone say the vice presidential election result was weighing on PH equities
don't know why the SC decision can be a buy signal
the market is more concerned about other things
like gov't wanting to open up the economy while there's loud opposition against opening up the economy
Definitely not a buy signal.
We’re trading sideways at 7000 because vaccine rollout sched is uncertain, and with that comes uncertainty of economic recovery.
Could retest 6400 again if consumption remains low, with little upside to about 7600 lang.
Good time to buy and build volume if you still believe in the long term thesis of the PH market.

if you have 500 businesses and some of them are bleeding (losing money while they remain open)... shut down mo na to stop the bleeding
iba pa ung businesses na breakeven... pwede di muna isara... baka mag improve... pero after a period of time isasara din
only keep the profitable ones open
Mga restos based inside malls, hirap talaga. Compared sa mga restos na stand alone (outside of malls), back to normal na ang sales.
If ganito pa din ang benta sa loob ng mall, in the next few months madami pa magsasara. SM have started to charge for rent at increments of 10%, 20%, etc. starting january. So by June, tenants will have to pay 50% of their basic rent.
