Same thing happens like when you send an Butcher to do brain surgery. Just saying that job should match the expertise of people and not the job adjusts with the level of expertise of the appointed person. It worked out like a plan for DU30. People now believed he is for the Environment, and that he has nothing to do with Gina being rejected by COA - well in fact its his "men" who rejected her appointment in DENR.
