It's been the pattern of this admin to use the criminal figures to conduct character assassination vs political targets. It was bilibid drug lords vs Delima before, this time, Napoles is the weapon of choice.

De lima went to prison because she meddled with drug suppliers, good for her though we havent really rpoven that out, but why are the supplier not jailed? Worse, cases vs these people were recently dismissed by the same agency who used them to pin down a senator. These self-confessed drug lords needs more evidence? Hilarious.
