Rehab of NAIA started Dec 2013, finished Sept 2015. NAIA was taken out of the Top 10 Worst Airport during the same year.
Most of the improvement on the airport was done at that time.

Who ever advised Du30 to exit ICC by breaking free from Rome Statute is taking something more potent than fentanyl.

The question is: Why would du30 wanted to get out of ICC's jurisdiction that quickly? To add more flavor, he urge other countries to bolt free from ICC by saying that it's "Bastos", thats it.
