That is correct. Foreigners cannot be allowed to participate in any local civil protest. They can do so on their country, but not here on our land. Meaning they can protest DU30's foul smelly feet (symbolical) all they want, condemn all they want, picket all they want, blog about it and all -- but never in a publicly held protest actions/rally.

Now lets apply that Law to 2 examples:

    1. EU party member gets deported due to his anti-DU30 remarks/opinion. Cant apply the law because he did the act outside PH, so he cant be criminally liable for anything. But he was branded undesirable because of those previous remarks, and BI has the right to reject your visit here. Any other country do that. The funny side is Roque using sovereignty to justify the move. They can't mention that the guy has some words about how DU30 is doing, and it hurts their feelings in a way.

    2. Australian Nun basically the same principle. But we'll figure it out when the fresh news breaks sooner.

Watch out for NFA. He told everybody that he is going to dissolve it because it failed to provide cheap rice for the masses and accuse the agency of meddling with rice cartels. First you have to travel back in time, in 2016, when the presidential debate was on going. Dutere bares with conviction his plans on how to destroy rice cartels. For the benefit of our DDS friends im posting the video, not words being qouted, so we can dismiss fake news tag:

How would Duterte, Binay solve rice cartels, farmers’ problems? - YouTube

Now today, take a look at the records of rice imports of NFA which can be found on their website. See link below:

    https://psa.gov.ph/ricor-stocks-main

There was a graph circulating over Twitter that sums up the trend from 2016 to present, of what had happen to NFA rice stocks when DU30 assumes office -- There were no order placed, no imports undertaken -- the stocks were deliberately shortened. The supply of NFA dwindled down. But we can all notice there were no shortage of NFA rice -- only "news and Warnings" of shortage intended to create a fuss and justify the rising prices of NFA rice. 28 pesos NFA rice now sold at 35 to 38 pesos.

Question is how is it even possible? NFA not importing NFA Rice, but in the market there are expensive NFA rice being sold? Does this scheme sound familiar? Yes, rice cartels manipulate the supply to create a justifiable price jump.

Now du30 wanted to dissolve the agency and then what? Give the authority to rice cartels for buying and selling NFA rice at a higher standard price? Sounds like he wanted to privatized NFA -- so watch out.

I'm not holding my breath if chinese-backed group will manage the new NFA. I heard that in China, there is over supply of rice, they number 9 in the world rice exporters, and wanted to be the top 5.
I all told everyone here to focus on NFA... Now DU30 admin is making their calculated move to transform NFA to a cartel-friendly agency.

Fo DDS Verification, pls use this link: Duterte orders increase in NFA buying price for palay | Inquirer News

He orders NFA to increase the price of its buying price, meaning higher NFA rice soon. Local rice farmers are majority commercial rice sellers, NFA can't buy from them due to low buying price of NFA, thus NFA imports cheaper rice from VN or TH. Smugglers are importers of rice too, but they cant beat the price if NFA since NFA imports are bulk orders (hundred thousand MTs of rice), something smugglers can't compete with. If only NFA can buy at a higher price, then smugglers can finally sell to NFA. And that is what is going to happen now.

DU30 wanted to increase the buffer rice of NFA, which dwindled down intentionally. He created the shortage by not importing rice, and now that the buffer is almost empty, he wanted to increase the buying price.

If NFA is asked to buy from local farmers, how sure are we that NFA will not buying from smugglers? Lets stay tuned to see what's his end game here..

NFA are mainly imported cheap rice. Smugglers of rice is what killing local farmers. Du30 should go after smugglers and cartels like what he promised in 2016 pre-election. The exact opposite is happening now, Government is now supporting cartels by fueling their business using our taxes.

Kulang ang production ng palay kaya tumataas ang presyo ng bigas. Sasali pa sila sa pagbili eh di lalong tataas ang presyo. At ngayon nagtaas sila ng buying syempre itataas din nila ang selling price ng bigas.

P37 M in missing SAF funds returned >> Manila Bulletin News

Niluluto na naman ni Bato bago siya umalis. Obvious na malversation or technical malversation if indeed ginamit sa ibang purposes not intended for it, kasi hindi maipakita agad yung pera. Ngayon binabalik? Ano na naman kayang kalokohan ito.

^ 37m ba talaga yung unang nireport na missing amount?

The irony is that the news broke out right on the day the SAF44 were posthumously awarded the Order of Lapu Lapu.

    The plot got thicker...

[OPINION] The alarming depletion of NFA rice under Duterte’s watch - JIP.PH

"Now we’ve run out of subsidized rice – the first time this has happened since NFA’s creation in 1972, or in nearly 50 years"

But I thought DU30 was pro poor and anti Cartel? WTH happened? Who (what country) is pushing him to do this? That's a clue.

Read the article and connect the dots.

eto lang masasabi ko....things tend to move faster, fewer checks and balances are made, fewer questions get asked when you are in a crisis -- real or imagined, force majeur or man-made.

Where there is crisis, there is opportunity.

    True.

There is a pattern of imaginary crisis and reaction of this Admin:
    1. War with China = be soft on the territorial issue
    2. Boracay as a cesspool = rehab and construction of chinese casinos
    3. Low NFA rice stocks = Do a govt to govt deals on rice importation (exposed to corruption) with China

    All favoring CHina. But why?

Jason Aquino of NFA was being favored by Du30 because of his ties to Bong Go. Bong Go again.
Evasco reported him to Du30 via confidential memo saying Aquino committed questionable acts or possible corruption, instead of investigating Aquino, Evasco got fired..

NFA's Aquino diverted E. Visayas rice to Bulacan rice traders – memo to Duterte

Kung sino pa may malasakit at tapat ng nagbabantay sa kabuktutan ng ilan, eh yun pa ang inalis.

Bong had his hands on Frigate. Now its seems he has minions on NFA to get his hand on our Rice. Wow
