For me this is a sign of weakness. Dami kasi smuggler ng rice mga taga-mindanao ngayon eh. Dati luzon daw, ngayon sila namamayagpag. Yan ang pangit sa ugaling sarili lang or mga ka-lugar lang iniisip at hindi Pilipinas.
