On a smaller scale such as Cities, that's ok. but on a national scale, acting without thinking of the consequences is a different thing. Ang problema, yung mga fanatics, ayaw na mag-about-face!

How many criminal complaints have been filed, so far?

Personally, I am in favor of a crackdown on drug lords. But trial by allegation is patently BS.

    Patently B.S. Aquino style.

That's what happens if you start giving campaign promises off the cuff without your economic studying its viability.

According to Recto, the administration is projecting revenue losses amounting to around P75 billion from the reduction in the corporate and individual income tax rate.
Sa laki ng inaambisyong gastosing ni PGong... They are very desperate indeed.

I think this should be lifted. Hindi naman inimplement ng most restos since it's order by the prev admin, usually, 20% pa din kinakaltas sa seniors, the estsblishment is pocketing the vat.

Dapat 32%. Check with your parents, even in groceries, sasabihin ng cashier di daw naka-program

But the intelligence fund is a traditional exception of the people's right to information.

I have the feeling (though I could be wrong) that his keyboard warriors are paid handsomely (maybe 1M per post. Tama ba, Tor? ) that most probably accounts for the gargantuan budget for the OP.

Time now to apply as his propagandist.

in reality, it won't help them much since drugstores are still required by BIR through their arcane tax codes to shoulder the VAT that seniors and disabled are exempted from.

lol, ask any member of DSAP and you'll get the same pissed off expression when you talk about how the govt screws over drug store owners.
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?

Overall crime rate down, Palace points out

DRUG-RELATED killings may be on the rise but total reported crimes across the country have dropped by 10 percent, a Malacañang spokesperson said on Sunday.

“The government’s campaign against illegal drugs and crimes continues to reap positive results one month after President Duterte occupied Malacañang,” Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said over state-run dzRB radio.

“This is proof that a fearless solution and urgent action, which the President is known to advocate, are not only a campaign slogan. It’s a change that Filipinos now feel wherever they are, even in the far-flung communities where illegal drugs and crime exist,” he said.

Citing Philippine National Police statistics, Andanar said recorded crime incidence throughout the country was 50,817 last July, or 5,522 fewer than the 56,399 incidents reported in the same period in 2015.

    Plummeted

According to Andanar, index crimes—or crimes against persons and property—plummeted to 11,800 in July, or a 31 percent decrease from 17,105 cases reported in the same month last year.

During the same period, Andanar said crimes against property, such as theft and robbery, went down by 40 percent, from 11,106 incidents to 4,476.

The data, however, provided by PNP spokesperson Senior Supt. Dionardo Carlos did not include the number of individuals that died during police operations and vigilante killings stemming from Mr. Duterte’s crackdown on illegal drugs.

    Not organized to fix traffic!

It has been almost 50 days since the Duterte administration took over, and there is no hint they are getting organized to fix our traffic problem. Last Friday evening’s nightmare of a traffic gridlock everywhere in Metro Manila will be the story of our lives for a long while yet, it seems.

not sure if youre serious but you cant build highway networks in 50 days. a plan so extensive as easing traffic also doesnt take effect in just 50 days. the plan might even take months to do as they also have to account peoples livelihood when planning things as extensive as this. lastly, its so ****ing easy to blame traffic to the government but sh*t motorist are aplenty. im sure you yourself encounter them everyday or maybe you are also one of them, and mostly they or you are the f*cks who worsens the daily commute everyday.

You should have read the link!

    excerpt:
"Of course it is unfair to expect drastic or even noticeable change in 50 days or even a hundred days or a thousand days. Most of the real solutions are long term. But there are things they should be doing that will deliver the message that they are on the job.

At the top of their agenda should be simple enough: Organize to start addressing the problem. President Duterte must make it clear Tugade is responsible for the traffic problem by issuing an executive order designating the Transport chief as the traffic management czar."

i read the link and i just want to rant. there is no substance in the article. he could have just summarize it in few words and say the government and the president should ****ing start making orders and stop ****ing around. change fonts to calibri and size to 45, bold, and maybe it would have make a greater impact.

my main gripe is though whatever happens to philippines, its always the ****ing governments fault or problem. ffs, last time i checked my brain is mostly controlled and manipulated by my penis. everyone should just ****ing start becoming more deciplined. the government can build levitating infrastractures but as long as majority are ****ing road morons who thinks they have the biggest penis, we will be in this sh*thole.

btw, just 30 mins ago i saw a motorcyclist got hit by an suv because he ****ing cant wait for a mere 4 secs for the traffic light to turn green. hes lucky he didnt lose any of his limbs or his life but the front of his bike is a goner. morons like him causes traffic and inconvenience. i guess this is probably a governments problem too isnt it? why place a ****ing traffic light which looks like some flashing boobies.
