Basically, his propaganda is---I was cheated out of 3 Million votes.

Notwithstanding that:

1. There were no discrepancies in the Certificates of Canvass to submitted by the polling precincts to Congress
2. The elections involved positions other than that for Vice-President (President, Senators, Governors, Mayors, etc.)...so it meant that all those results would likewise be thrown into doubt.
