32 percent of 54,363,844 is 17,396,430. meaning, if he wins, duterte will NOT be a majority president. if this eventuality will happen, stop being DUTERTARDS. be RESPONSIBLE FILIPINOS. be magnanimous in victory. responsible filipinos do not want filipinos to be FRAGMENTED. stop making utterances that widen the gap between you and the people who are not in your political fence. stop being instrument of divisiveness. there is truth to the adage that you quit while you are ahead! do not rub it in.
