Hi sir, iba po ang bolt pattern ng Navara Rims at Fort Rims, though they are the same 6 holes bit the distance of each holes are different, if that came out of a Fortuner it will definetly not fit the Navara
BTW Bendix GCT = 1k, Bendix HD = 1.5k, NissanOE(Hitachi) = 4.5k
in connection with fuel quality... it appears nissan has modified its rules on the nav's fuel filter replacement schedule, from 20,000 km down to 10,000 km. anyone else care to verify this?
Speaking of filters.. Im suspecting a counterfeit replacement Nav-Primary filter.. shallow wiF port, some unshaved spring metal, red-primer paint of inside-canister, lighter by few grams. I could be wrong though since it is newer.. :praning:

re: every 10k PMS fuel filter change
na-timbre ko na sa NCP ito nun pang after my 10k PMS. i was shown a letter by UMC to nissan CDO stating that UMC is implementing reduction of interval changes of fuel filters (both primary and secondary) every 10K instead of the every 20k stated in the manual. they say its due to the poor quality of fuel here in the philippines. may pahabol pa nga na ma-invalidate daw any claims relating to fuel-related problems if the new 10k PMS changes of fuel filters is not followed.
alam niyo kung kanino nag umpisa yan? dun sa natalo sa dragthanks to him , added cost every 10k pms, buti nalang pinapakuluan ko yung diesel para malinis

Gudam po, we've had our 4x4LE Nav since 2008. Although just recently decided to make mods to her, looking forward to join the club to learn a lot more. Already emailed my app form to navaraclub*gmail.com. been trying to backread but can't find a thread to dis-assemble the dash and gauges, balak ko po sana palitan ung mga ilaw, hehe
^Can be found on IP section of service manual . Welcum to the thread.

*scroyder: the service manual is the navara enthusiast's bible. kung mahilig ka magkalikot, this should be one of the 1st things you need to download! hope to see you this coming eb!
For those who are planning to use Fleetguard FS19594, might want to consider these..
OEM Mann Secondary Filter seems to hold and filter efficiently due to its rolled media design. Pic shows the asphaltines deposit filtered by the media after 20k kms. Surface area is much larger too.. pleats/depth/height
FG FS19594: 63/1.4/7
MANN WK 940/22: 22/8.2/15
Also the stand-pipe design of MANN lets the diesel flow from top to buttom passing into the entire media. I couldnt get any replacement part from Baldwin and Fleetguard for rolled-media, 3/4-16 with stand-pipe..
The vertical pleat and holed-center tube of FS19594 does not evenly distribute filtration across the surface of media.. Though it has the 10micron rating, I doubt it could hold up to 10-20k kms without plugging with asphaltines.. If you plan to use this filter, might want to replace it every 5k kms.
As for the Primary Filter, only the Donaldson qualified to my standards. It has more pleats w/c translates to more surface area..
From Left to right:
Filters101(replacement) - Fleetguard FF5368 (fake! c/o our friendly authorized dealer) - Donaldson P502167 - 20k kms Used Nissan OEM (Dunno the PN# but some says its 16405-01T0A (Thai))
Pleat/depth/height
52/1.1/10 - 58/1.25/11 - 63/1.25/11 - 49/1.5/10.8
But..
The OEM seems to be most well-built in construction.
So for me, stay OEM and follow the 10k kms replacement interval (you woudnt want those asphaltines to build-up in the CRD pumps/injectors).
Atleast for now OEM is good.. untill my Racor marine-filters arrive![]()
