I was planning nga sana yung OEM type na leather seats..pero nasa 25K to 30K pataas pala price..I settled down with the cheaper version na lang muna. Unahin ko muna yung Rollbar at Sportlid..

For those who bought any of the two variants of Mitsubishi Strada 4x2 MT, may I know if there are other freebies that we can negotiate from the dealers aside from the standard freebies. I'm planning to buy a Mitsu Strada 4x2 GLX and I would like to find out if it was possible to get additional freebies and if yes, what are these additional freebies?

thank you for the reply sir. nagtanong na rin ako kc sa casa and they told me it is 50k for the leather seats and sa doors...siyempre i find it very expensive. will try the shops in araneta ave kung magkano ....

Ang pagkaalam ko sa mga CRDi, w8 for a few seconds after turning the key to ACCESORIES, at meron cyang indicator sa gauges kung pede na start.

Diesels, have glow plugs. Kita mo ito sa dashboard when you turn the key, two clicks, it will light up. sa CRDi, since diesel pa rin ito, kailangan pa rin ng waiting period, but unlike ancient diesels (which require minutes), sa CRDi, 3-5 seconds lang before you turn the ignition. The coil idiot light will illuminate then after it's heated, meaning it's ready, the illumination will disappear. No need to press the gas pedal before the ignition process.

Regarding the size of rims, personally, I prefer the 4x4 look that's why I went for the 16s. Nagagamit ko pa sa bundok. You can go up to 18's with 4x4 look, but you may have difficulty finding AT or MT tires. Most 18 tires are highway biased.

As for the 20s or crossover look, bagay pa rin naman sa strada, palagay ko. But if I'm going for 20s, I'd lower my ride by about 2 inches, para mas babagay pa at hindi magmukhang kalesa. JMHO.

if i had a Strada, i'll use 16'' Mags & 275|70|16 AT Tires on it. IMHO, it's more versatile since you can use it off-roading & highway/city driving. pag 18'' Mags & Tires, parang pang city & highway driving lang eh. and just as what Drave said, mahirap maghanap ng 18'' AT Tires.

possibly true, minsan may nakasabayan ako nag pa change oil, gls din naka 18inch wheels, sabi ng driver sa akin kung ako sayo di ko papalitan ang stock rims/tires ng strada mo, sabi niya porma lang maganda pero grabe apektado ang handling lalo na pag mabilis ang takbo, mahina daw ang kapit, 150kph lang daw wala na parang sasayaw na. yong amo daw kasi niya maporma sa kotse. kaya kami stick to the original nalang. pero kung sa pormahan i agree 20 inch is the best.

I 2nd that, the 18's I think wore dessert dueler's pero HT lang yata. I like the 18's in case bigla ka ma off-road or gutter(suki ako nun!) ++ 285/60 medyo melaki pa ang side wall so as not to sacrifice the ride. sa 20's low rider look na din ko(Black Strada pls...). Pero that's me...

if sa casa ka kasi magpapagawa, papagawa lang din nila sa labas, may patong pa ung presyo. much better if dumirekta ka na sa mga shops..

yup i agree. dami naman ok na gumagawa ng leather seats.. like Kelseat, Boy C, etc. sa casa, usually mga around 10-20k ang patong nila. case in point, leather seats for my '07 4x4 Hilux is priced at around 65k sa casa, while sa Kelseat around 42k. im sure maraming leather seats design ang Kelseat for the Strada.

oo nga sir, agree ako sa mga sinabi ninyo. i originally planned na pagawa na lang lahat ng modifications na gusto ko sa casa para paglabas ko ng unit, diretso na uwi sa probinsya namin. will probably have to spend a few days sa manila para ipagawa ung seats. btw sir, saan po ba ung KELSEAT. thanks again po.

May plano bumili ang daddy ko ng strada GLS
Nung ni-launch ng mitsubishi yun GLS Sport ang nakalagay sa specs ito lang ang merong ABS with EBD pero nung wala p yun GLS Sport meron din ABS with EBD yun GLS. ano po ba yun 22o??

sir, these are the freebies that i got

But i only got a 2007 Strada GL lang. You might be able to get more freebies with a higher model unit like the GLX or GLS.
