[QUOTE=numbah5;726810]kapag tinitignan ko yung TPMS, uneven yung tire pressure ng sasakyan.. may 30, 31, 29[/QUOTE

Ok lang cguro yan numbah5 as long as d masyado malaki difference pressure in each tire. Umiiba rin yan especially kung there is a change sa temperature. For me kasi i check before ko gamitin sa morning. Medyo mataas for me yang 30,31,29. Nasa 25,26 hanggang 27 lang ang sa akin. Matagtag na pag mga nasa 30. Good luck bro!

the TPMS that mitsu phils uses isn't 100% accurate,. i for one only use it as a rough guide for the actual pressure and to check if there's rapid deflation (yes, that's one time it does work as intended) and it's been 6 out of 6 instances so far, due to wayward nails/screws sa tire. :D

Iba nga ang dating nitong ride na ito! Tough, rugged and yet retains the smooth suspension from the previous model and with improved fuel efficiency. Spacious cabin kaya di problema ang leg room ng pasajero sa likod. Although I agree with Doc Otep's observations about the back seat that should have been elevated.

Got my GLS AT at Diamond Motors Valle Verde ( Mitsu 5 ) last November and service is good - so far. Got the plates as promised inside of two weeks and fast / efficient service during first 1,000 km service last month. Account Manager who serviced me was Patrick Pineda. Ok sya.

Don't know about mitsu makati ( Citimotors? ) On freebies there shouldn't be any substantial difference. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER IS AFTER-SALES SERVICE ( AS WELL AS CONVENIENT LOCATION ).

Good luck with your Strada! I'm 100% satisfied with mine!

I've logged in around 5500 kms and still no problems so far. I also follow the 30psi tire pressure as recommended and I don't find the ride bumpy even when riding at the back (comparing it with my previous frontier).

    Hi Drave,
Do you know of anybody with new Strada who has upgraded tires from 245x70 to 265x70, but still using the OEM 16 inch mags?
Am seriously considering this, and would want to know the pros and cons. Offhand, I think fuel consumption may slightly increase, but handling and ride should improve somewhat?
Based on info in the owner's manual 265x70 is probably an option in other countries.
    Thanks!

    Hey thumper!

I've been planning about this too. I think docglen was the first one to do this and you might want to ask him regarding performance. What I know is bigger and wider tires make for slower acceleration and higher fuel consumption due to larger diameter, greater ground contact area, and heavier weight. You may be able to neutralize those effects by replacing the oem wheels with lighter ones (forged would be best) but they are quite expensive. If you want the wide 265 tires and have the same diameter as the 245, you should look for the 65 series tires but these are hard to find. Bigger tires are more maporma and I guess the strada has more than enough power to turn those tires. IMO, there's actually little performance advantantage of larger tires if you use this mainly on the street. But it's another story in off-road.
