January 8th, 2007 06:41 PM #764Thanks docglen!
I thought that ride with the wider / bigger tires would be less matagtag since you could now use lower air pressure.
Also, would the wider and heavier tires take its toll faster on the suspension and steering components ( tie rods, ball joints, etc. ) ?
Anyway, wait and see muna ako.

January 8th, 2007 06:49 PM #765good idea . . i don't know of any existing yet. This will be an ideal venue for Strada / Triton owners to share their experiences - pleasant or otherwise.
I intend to keep my new Strada for at least 5 years ( 5 year car loan ! ) and will definitely appreciate a relevant forum for interaction.
thanks WEE_69 !

Hi larshell!
I'm in the process right now of comparing subjectively the performance of my vehicle to different brands of diesel. I've started out with Caltex then Total then right now I'm on Petron. Next week or two I might try out Shell as well. So far, Petron seems to be a little better than the first two. The engine seems to be more quiet and there is less smoke in my morning start-up. Consumption is the same. I haven't tried out speeding with it yet.

Well worth a look ....
