some of the members of the club tried the pinatubo trek, the stock bash/skid plate is enough for the purpose unless you plan to go ultra mega hard core 4x4 with your strada, hehehe

however, for your peace of mind you may try to PM dadz or mdksael... dadz is from thailand and exports strada accessories here in the philippines as his sideline... mdksael is a fabricator of stainless stuff and he has vast experience in fabricating and installing bash/skid plates for our stradas... yun nga lang may big big big extra discounts for TSCP members

Bro try mo gawin before every treck is go under your truck check every thing suspension front and back, do it again after the treck para akita mo kung me damage or wala then after that if you see some thing na kailagan ma re enforce that is the time for you to buy or get some thing's that you need. Matibay and strada natin mine i use it sa off road stock, i only started to modify my truck when i decided na gagamitin ko siya sa hardcore, if only soft core okay na yan.

Kayang-kaya ng stock 3.2 strada 4x4 ang Pinatubo trail. If there is any modification that you will need, I guess it will be to upgrade your tires to A/T if you're still using an H/T. But if you will be doing off-road stuff frequently, then an upgrade to M/T is recommended.

"The Triton, which is manufactured at Mitsubishi’s plant in Laem Chabang, has had a complete makeover for 2009. The trademark Mitsubishi star now dominates an even ***ier and more curvaceous cab, matched with a dreamy body. The front and rear bumper profiles have been increased and indicator and foglamps have been beautifully re-designed and integrated into the front and rear aspects. Anodised aluminium side-steps are sleek features which enhance the vehicle’s silhouette. They also of course, facilitate getting in and out of what is quite a tall vehicle.

With such a handsome exterior one would expect a matching cabin interior and the new Triton does not disappoint. Christened the 'Silver Decoration', the best-in-class appointments are as good as, if not better than many a saloon car. The dash is dominated by a chromed centre panel which mounts a CD/DVD player, with MP3Div X capability, and an AUX connection. The top-of-the-range models incorporate an LCD display system with comprehensive multi-functional read- outs and external safety feedback. Central locking, remote control key and safety-locked electric windows are standard on all models."

Is that the face-lifted triton? I think it still have the same look as our current stradas with some minor changes.

I did it with my all stock GLS sport. For me, di ako nagdala ng slippers..kaya nalubog sa tubig shoes ko. tapos it would be helpful to bring some water to rinse your slippers before climbing the truck.

Next day, I had my truck washed all over..pati underchassis. Just to make sure all the salts are washed off the truck.

your stock strada is more than adequate. however make sure that your tires are a/t because when i went there with some doctors for a medical mission, one of the landcruisers vx got stuck because of slippage.

    check this out.
