guys.id like to share my good experience with Diamond Valle Verde... if you guys will have serviced here..look for Service Advisor name JR.. just tell him I referred you to him. good customer service. he will take time to explain the problem to you.

i had my PMS 15K KM last week. then this week, nag check engine car ko. what i experienced was a decrease in power/speed. consulted our friends here sa club....not a big worry.

feedback, one of the small hose near the engine came off, that hose is connected sa sensor. so when i needed power after depressing the gas pedal, nag check engine light on sya and it wont go off until you turn off the vehicle. simple remedy, he just connected it and placed a clamp. No clamp on that house coming straight from the factory. of course they used the computer to read the error code and that lead to the findings.

i was in and out of the dealership in an hour. SA had it diagnosed right away.

anyhow, fyi lang in case you experience this.

actually sir...meron din bad experienced mga tao dito sa same dealership...but just like any Sales Agent, iba iba ang work ethics or style nila. i am not saying that diamond valle is the best...i was actually commending JR the service advisor for his great customer service.

and actually they give a price estimate on the charges that will incur during your pms..so surprised ako that some were charged more oil than needed. anyhow..we can also open this thread to recommendations.

I second the commendation to JR, I also prefer to have him as my service advisor in VV. He exudes concern for the customer and does not give the impression that SAs get commissions or performance points if they are able to make the client spend more than what is necessary.

Can you show this to us? Or if I am not obliging you too much, pakikunan mo naman ng picture and post it here so we can have an idea which hose it is among the so many. Salamat ng marami.

yes sir nismo meron po pwedeng maka scan and reset nag error code the "Smart Guage" OBDII, it will scan the error code and show you after that you can reset and use your truck like there is not problem.

Plug and play po siya sa OBDII port kung saan nag lalaggay nag connection ang casa wala pa pong price pang clear na po i will PM you for that.
