Ian, don't forget Manolo's truck w/ those awesome shoes...
Sir G01, because of what you did, baka bumalik agad dyan si sir manolo...

Mas maganda yung arangkada niya sa sand during the fun run .

For sure wala nang problema si sir Manolo sa river crossing at high speeds now that nagpalit na siya ng tires to Mickey Thompson M/Ts. To all strada brothers who would want to do some trailing while staying in Baguio, just let me know so we can arrange some trailing activities. Puwede 4x4 and puwede rin 4x2.

Bro boz h/t is not good in sand always the A/T or M/T is better when ever you are in the sand specialy in deep and dessert sand you need to lower your tire pressure para lumapad and traction mo making if flat in some cases we go low as 10 psi. bring a portable air pump is a good thing to have in off road.
Bro Dadz, I am planning na nga for a full offroad set-up para ma-utilize talaga lahat ng offroad potential ng Strada .

Of course tama yung sinabi mo mas maganda yung A/T or M/T when it comes to traction.

Okay yan bro but you got to think what does off road means to you and off course the proper mods and budget. I can make some suggestions to you like the clearance (approach angle, ground clearance, departure angle). Type of trail and percentage of you going off road. What are the basic things you gona need. But maganda yan bro.

What do you think guys? TIA.

Puede yan sir. Naisip ko rin yan before. I think ThePatriarch has 265/70R17. Just make sure di ma-void warranty by asking your dealer.

Mas malaki at mas malapad. Talagang pang off-road at pang Marlboro country (pangkoboy po, sorry for the pun). I'm planning to change my stock tires to those of the Montero Sports. Kaya lang konting ipon pa siguro. Wala pa sa budget kase Pasko at maraming kelangan regaluhan.

yup mas madulas... parang drifting talaga... at since naka 4H ako nun at H/T tires, dumudulas talaga... nasa 4000rpm pa ata yun...

agree... okay ang looks ng Monty Mags... looking forward to see a Monty Mags fitted on Strada...

Gud pm fellow tsikoteers. I need advice lang kasi I placed a Purchase Order na to a Black 3.2 but the SA told me next year pa darating, I availed of the big discount pa naman, 1.220M but if January 5 comes in the price will increase to 50K more or less, sayang naman ang promo. Kaya raw may delay coz of the recent political events in Thailand. I called the other branches and they told me the same reasons. Gimik lang ba ito to move the old units or talaga lang madami may gusto ng black?

What will I do? Available lang daw ay Red, Silver and White. And I don't like those colors. After a long thought I settled for the Strada because of the good reviews here. Or better wait for the facelifted model? Kailan kaya?

    TIA.

whatever color or facelifted strada.you made a right decision. black is one of the popular color of the strada, so maybe it's true that limited stock ang black. but if you are gunning for that color, i recommend you wait for it...now if you like the facelifted version, then also wait for it...but we dont know when that will arrive. try to exert all efforts to call all dealers if they have one in stock (black). good luck.

btw, sigurado ka na strada kukunin mo and not navarra or ranger? muhkang na entice ka sa gps ng navara

Na entice nga ako sa GPS. It lasted for two days.

Anyways, what sealed the deal to go Strada was the fabric seat. I'm tired with leather plus beige pa sa Navara. Mahirap linisin at mainit kahit malamig ang aircon, not to mention leather don't look good in a year's time. Second, the turning radius of the Strada is small, good for parking in our small lot. And lastly the customer service, I won't drop names but the SA in Mitsubishi is a million miles ahead sa customer service ng Nissan. I figured, if it will be my vehicle for the next 5 years at least I'm happy with the car and the service at the same time.

One thing I can't stand sa Strada is the RHD look of the shifters. Lalo na sa A/T. Talagang baligtad. Parang converted na galing sa Subic. I hope they correct this on the upcoming facelifted model. I'll put my money there. And if that's the case, I'm all for waiting.

But for the meantime, I can live with it.

i agree with av8or5, exert efforts to call dealers and im sure they will check their inventory. as for the GPS, i may not know where to buy it separately, but i think Nokia (im not a promoter) has this feature on some of its highend phones. so imbes na new truck, new celfone pa! just a suggestion lang po...

    I'll keep that in mind.

BTW, another thing is the antenna of Navara is fixed all the time. It's not retractable. Takaw nakaw.
