Sa mga nakakaalam, regarding sa keyless entry, is it true that the electronics for this is built-in sa ECU (even for GLX/GL?),this is according to the Sales Advisor sa Carworld Pampanga? And yet, it is not available sa GLX/GL iyong feature na iyon. Its says - Dealer Option sa brochure.

Pero sa Carworld Tarlac, the lady sales supervisor said, kasama na raw pero keyless entry lang, walang alarm. And latter on, d na raw kaya, kasi mga 8,500 na raw iyon, Ngek!

Naguguluhan ako, sa lumang Honda City ko, its Alarm with keyless entry. They go together dun sa remote.
sir, tactic lang ng SA ninyo. In dealers, 3M is the most expensive tint they carry and plus, 3M has been proven to be one of the best. Anyhow, it's still up to you if you want 3M or other brands. Now on the alarm, the brochure does say dealer option. With GL, no alarm comes standard. Standard alarm goes with GLX model and up. I suggest you buy the alarm elsewhere for a cheaper price and you will get a better alarm.

Sir, if you can afford to go for the GLX, do so for the added accessories like bumper, bedliner, chrome inserts, mags wheels instead of steel, fog lamps, alarm, and something that you will not be able to buy elsewhere is passenger side airbag. But of course if you want to dress it up the way you want, buying those accessories from Banawe would be cheaper and your strada will be unique. Yun nga lang...time consuming and wala airbag for passenger. But regardless of the choice, it's more affordable than other pickups in the market. Good luck sir, if you got anymore question, just holler.

bedliner is around P8K w/out bedliner hooks or P8800 w/bedliner hooks. In banawe sir, you can shop around...if you have questions on prices on carryboy, you can call them and they will be glad to give you prices for what accessories you need that they carry. You can also log in to the Strada Club yahoogroups where there is a file that has accessory prices.

Try visiting other Strada thread to get ideas on other accessories you might be interested to..just use the search facility of this great website.

Sir romdm = Advise lang po.. If your planning to add your GL like bedliner, side stepboard and foglamps.. better get GLX it has dual airbag and the bedliner, stepboard and fog lamp are included.. You can check this price and make some computation..later on you realized na napamahal kapa... Sir advise lang po..

hay buhay... :tired: ... di ko pala alam wanted pala ako dito... hehehe!

sorry guys, there was A LOT on my plate to finish at the office.

*romdm- sorry for the late reply... i reply to your PM na po. please txt me at the celfone number posted at the PM so that i can assist you po... thanks. i agree with most of the BOSBs here to get a GLX instead of the GL. it has a whole lot more value for money with all the accessories you want. basicaly, alarm with keyless entry whould work altogether... and they do with the strada GLX, GLS and GLS Sport.

should you have plans to come to Baguio- please buzz me. thanks...

OT: dadz- il PM you in the next few days. il explain something po...

you can't buy it sa labas unless someone traded theirs in. or try calling your dealer and ask on the cost. cost of used depends on the seller sir. meron yata sa yahoogroup who is selling theirs with tires...mga P30-34K yata.

actually..if you want to save on money, you can buy 245/70/16. that would still fit on your 6" thick rims. actually...max for me would be 255/70/16. that's my opinion.

another option is gls stock mags and tires na used..around P15K..meron nag benta sa yahoogroup..not sure if sold na.

if my memory serves me correct...i think a club member installed 275/70/16 on his stock glx mags.

^^^ *23, i believe bridgestone dueller H/T or A/T will still be a sensible choice. it may not be the best but this is reliable as this is the OEM tire brand for the strada...

Theory ko lang dito... since white ang unit mo, malamang kasama yan sa mga first batch ng mga strada na may defective parts. konti lang kasi kayo na kumuha ng white na color and baka matagal na sa warehouse yung unit mo. Nevertheless, dapat ayusin nila ang strada mo to your satisfaction

ATTN: mike18 and the BOSBs pls go to the private threads regarding my understanding about Mike18's issue with his Strada GLX and what he can do about it. Thanks.

good evening, i'm planning to buy a strada but i cant decide which variant to choose between gls and gls sport, can somebody help me an idea which choice is better for fuel consumption. I heard from casa that they will have a price increased and they will be releasing a 2009 model, is it true?

puede naman lagyan ng HID pero that would definitely void the warranty on the electricals...and kawawa naman kasalubong mo, sobra lakas ng glare kapag hindi projector type ang housing ng HID

welcome sa thread sir... if your sole parameter is better fuel comsumption, go for the gls model since 2.5L ang engine compared sa bigger engine of the gls sports

Good evening..im stephen from Zamboanga City..im 29 years old..it took me 5 years of hard work..my own blood, sweat & tears for me to be able to finally buy my own vehicle..my blue mica Mitsubishi Strada GLS Sport A/T finally arrive around 2 weeks ago..up to now thou less than 100KMs palang ang takbo..i come from a middle class family,so the only other vehicle ive ever drove before is a very old family vheicle which is a Toyota Tamaraw FX..not being used to/exposed to driving other vehicles..im kinda/very afraid to drive my new Strada..especially since the roads here in Zamboanga are way narrow-er unlike your wide roads there in Manila..althou i'm starting to get the hang of driving my Strada..theres one thing that really concerns me..parking & backing..especially in cramp spaces..parang hail mary nalang..i just pray na walang objects sa likod whenver i reverse..as much as possible,i avoid backing.i know this cant go on forever..so,.do u suggest i buy a rear view camera?the one u install/clip/stick to your plate no..and with a 3.5" screen that u get power from the 12V socket...a friend of mine who owns an Isuzu Alterra with a factory installed rearview camera told me na useless daw ang rear view camera..hinde daw accurate..the screen shows na malayo pa daw ang object when infact the object is mere inches away from the vehicle...he says that its better to just rely on ur own estimation/instinct..is it true?please help..im sure u guys have driven more vehicles therefore have more knowledge regarding my concern..please help...althou they say its inevitable,i want to enjoy the fruit of my labor scratch free as long as possible..thanks!!!
