I wont be going to get my service from Citimotors Makati, as I have bad experience with them as well.

Hopefully Diamond Motors Valle Verde is much better. My ride will be hitting 4K km soon...so in two months i bet im ready for my 5K PMS.

Agree. I don't know how the SAs in Citimotors think or trained to think, o baka di nagiisip. Ganun din nangyari nung 1k PMS ko. Sabi nila may hihigpitan lang daw, pero sa bilis ng ginawang trabaho, feeling ko wala naman ginawa. Ayun, pagkakuha ko, andun pa rin. I already emailed MMPC, and they suggested to bring it to a dealer nearby (that's SFM San Pablo).

mga bosbs from laguna, am very sad to hear about what you guys had to go thru, i was just talking to the service manager of Diamond motors(a good friend of mine) and he said it is such a big shame that a lot of the casas are just trying to cut corners with their servicing.

my friend is now the service manager of Diamond Motors Quezon Ave. His name is Mr. Boyet Talagtag. if any of you guys are interested in bringing your vehicles there, please let me know beforehand so i can endorse you to him. this guy will definitely give you service++!! the only problem with him is that he always get's transferred to the branches having problems with their service department(he's the service trouble shooter for diamond) and gets transfered when things are already in line...but for now he's assigned to Quezon ave.

Dont expect it to be the same as HID. Iba ang liwanag ng HID iba rin ang liwanag nito. But a very big improvement from our Strada's OEM bulbs in terms of brightness, mga 5x IMO. I tried vaious after-market bulbs for our other vehicles pero dito lang ako sa Splitfire natuwa.... its very cheap compared to other aftermarket bulbs. Hence, its easier on the pocket lalo na pag nasira as compared to HIDs na nakakapanghinayang pag nasira.

I bought two pairs: 1 for my headlight and 1 for my fogs. I have been using is since January, wala namang problema at wala namang issues such as heating up dun sa socket. nakakasilaw lang pag bumper to bumper ang traffic kahit naka low beam since nag rereflect siya dun sa body nung nasa unahan mo. Pag heavy traffic, gamit ko lang fogs, patay ang headlight.

Louchua, you're very much welcome. Just drop by, tell them your problem, then they're going to order for the part. After 10-14 days, they're going to inform you when it arrives. Installation will take 3-4 hrs.

I also have splitfire magnum arcs 90/100 watts but I haven't installed it yet because of some concerns:

1. Does it need an extra relay or the factory relay will do?
2. Will it not burn the oem sockets?
3. Do you need to replace the fuse to 20 amps instead of the stock 15 amps?

Citimotors makati casa ko sir.. i actually dont even know kung may ginawa nga ba sila at all. basta sabi ko may naririnig ako na lagutok when going back from turning to the left. thing is hindi ko na rin masyado naasikaso kasi I had my car checked in for PMS before I left for HK nung January. Tapos if you guys remeber, as soon as i got home and got my car back, doon na nangyari yung "fender without a flare" incident so patong patong na! I got that resolved to my favor by the way, they replaced it for free naman buti na lang. Ilang beses ko na rin silang nakabangga doon before pa kaya ayaw ko na rin masyado makipagtalo. baka mapaginitan alam niyo naman. kaya gustong gusto ko na talaga lumipat ng casa.

Hi doc ave.

According to the seller, it does not need extra relay to work perfectly with other existing electrical equipment/parts. This is because our brand new Stradas came pre-installed with individual relays for the headlights and foglights. Without a relay for the lights, like in oldschool cars, other electrical equipments/parts will manifest an "energy zapping" effect whenever you turn on your lights or flicker the high-low beam, as if the lights are sucking the electricity from other parts such as the radio.

As far as burning/melting of the sockets.......its three months now since i have used Splitfire and my sockets are still intact. In my experience, bulb sockets get burned or melts only when your electrical system is grounded or f*ckd up.

With regard to the fuses........IMHO 20amps is enough to support a pair of 90/100 watt headlights....since the strada have two separate 15-amp fuses for the left and the right bulbs....which totals to 30 amps....hence no need to replace stock amps. If it wasn't sufficient, my fuses should have already shorted by now.

Hope this helps doc. Punta ka naman po ng EB minsan pag libre ang sked mo. inaabangan po namin makita ang mga gramlights mo doc.
