I read from today's edition of the Philippine Daily Inquirer Motoring section that OUR STRADA CAPTURED 52.1% OF THE MARKET SHARE FOR PICK-UP SALES IN 2007. The sales of the strada 4x4 during 2007 reached 1,916 units out-besting the nearest rival Toyota Hilux by 707 units.

Have been reading your thread for quite some time already. Decided to sign up for a forum account just now to see all the posts. Was doing my homework - my father wanted to buy a Strada kasi.

Anyway, yesterday evening we were able to bring home our new Strada GLX in Titanium Gray from Diamond Motors the one near Sta. Lucia East Mall. Buti mabilis lang kami nabigyan ng unit.

I really love the smell of a new car, pero ayaw na ayaw ng mother ko. Hehe. This is our first time to have a pick up. Mas madali na for me and my dog to visit his vet. Dati kasi sa truck namin kami sumasakay. Sana lang pumayag tatay ko sumakay sa likod yung aso ko. Haha.

More power to you guys! I still have a few more pages to read.. at Happy Valentine's Day pala.

ASk ko lang hindi ba kayo nahihirapan sa sensitivity ng alarm natin? Kahit sagad na sya tumutunog pa din alarm ko madaanan lng ng motor na maingay minsan tuloy nakakatakot baka paginitan ng mga taong malilikot ang kamay (gasgas). Do you usuallly put it in valet mode?

yup. our alarm is kinda sensitive. A scooter with a loud muffler passing by usually sets out my alarm. My remedy here sir is to disable the shock sensor whenever I park.

How? press the arm/lock button twice after arming the alarm. a short beep will confirm that the shock sensor is off.
