Any place recommended where i can get ball joint, pitman and idler arm? Need those replaced nadin kc.

wala nang adjustments, gaganda din handling niyan sa corners.

di pa ko nagpalit ng front suspension, si PK alam ko nagpalit na, he can better answer your question.
pati ako makikitanong narin, ano ba dapat symptoms para palitan ang front suspension? pantay naman kasi upod ng front tires ko, and no kalampag, ok din naman at high speeds,

Reading through the posts madami dami na recommended na shops na pwede puntahan, is there a one shop that specialized on pajeros, yung fm natin 2.8.

Was thinking dun nako paservice parati and parts like Fuel Filter Air cleaner.


Posted also somewhat last week but would you consider 275 Bridgestone A/T 694 on your ralli art mags? or stick with the 265. Really close on getting na kasi 4 pcs.

Just like PB reco'ed, i suggest you get the 275s na rin. I think i had these on my ralliarts before. make sure you have your camber adjusted afterward para pantay ang wear.

Finer Filter po ba yung question ninyo? I got mine at RATS alabang. Meron munting performance gain pero IMO, not that significant compared to the cost and hassle in maintenance. Medyo mabusisi ang cleaning process ng FF compared to K&N.

Pk i ordered 2 taillight leds, kaso sa gen 4 ko lalagay, masyado mahal pag sa gen 2.5 kasi apat tail lights. 3 watts luxon led. dual intensity. 25 bucks each. I'l let you know kung alin mas brighter,

I think i'm overdue for a front suspension overhaul myself hehe.

Sabi nga nila pareng PB, if it aint broke.... in your case wag mo muna galawin.

i usually have my suspension changed when...

1) There is weird wear on the tires (scalloping)
2) When there's some weird noise pag nalulubak (ball joint usually).

Before kasi 7k lang total replacement ng suspension components e, but that was four years ago.

Sarap naman ng feeling pagkatapos.... parang brand new.

I'd recommend Motorix in banawe for parts and labor, kaya lang yung labor nila, they charge parang casa.... per part replaced. Its better if you can go to someone na isang singil na lahat.

Finally, I was able to finish the entire thread from start to finish. Started reading on the first thread mga Monday night finish it last Saturday (2-3 hrs per day). Made some notes especially on the places and contact nos where to get this and that. Even called up Joseph Atutubo last Sat to ask some info.

Anyway, im still in the process of learning the in's and out's of my Paj.

Keep them posting guys... salamat. Will try to post a pic of my Paj.

PK what does a broken ball joint sound like? audible ba talaga? nagtataka lang ako kasi 93k na tinakbo ko, and orig parin front suspension ko, repack palang ng bearing nagagawa.

COmpared to a good ball joint, iba talaga yung tunog. A good ball joint wont make any sound pag nalubak. A loose one meron metallic sound.... parang "TOK" Okay lang yun PB kung wala kang nararamdaman na kakaiba and ok naman wear ng tires, ok lang as is.

Need your help naman. One of my window left passenger side (2nd row) is not working. Both on the driver switch and on the door switch. Last weekend gumagana pa siya. Ayaw bumaba/open. But all the other 3 windows gumagana. Feeling ko the problem is on the motor on that door windor siguro. Isa lng ba fuse for all windows? What are the things i cld check first before bringing it to a autoshop? Any recommendation where i can have it check -- yung marunong or sanay na sa pajero pls.

anyone know kung totoo bang self adjusting ang tappets ng 4m40 natin? no need to retappet. I checked the previous threads and nabanggit ni sir woodfire yung specs ng 4m40 na self adjusting. kung totoo to ang galing ng 4m40 natin, wala nang maintance sa engine, pocket friendly. I'm hitting 100k and naghahanda lang ako ng list to replace or adjust.
planning to replace my front suspension, wheel bearings, and fanbelts this 100k. meron pa ba dapat ibang palitan? already done all my supports and all fluids (diffs, AT, TC, power steering and coolant changed).

Thanks in advance, btw as iw as reading through this thread and other threads thinking what Shock absorbers to get, i finally did it. Got my OME set at RATS katipunan, sulet sobra you can feel the difference. Replaced the Coils (Bagsak na likod ko few cms) and the Shocks. Yun nga lang wala ng sensor.


Side question probably a newbie one. Whats the difference of DDI with our gen 2.5?

fieldmaster, nagamit ko palang sa list mo is bridgestone d694 and bfgoodrich AT. mas gusto ko bfgoodrich, not because of performance but, dami na kasi naka bridgestone d694. parang RC monster truck tires yung bfgoodrich. ganda ng tayo and shoulder ng tires. yung gen 2 namin naka d694 while yung gen 2.5 ko naka bfgoodrich.
How much inabot yung OME shocks lahat? sira narin kasi yung isang shock ko sa rear, hinihintay ko lang bumigay pa yung kabilang side. pero balak ko oem parin sana, I was quoted 7,800 each.

DID yata yun, not DDI, engine ng gen 3 and gen 4. yung DiD may ECU na, direct injection, 16 valves, DOHC, and 3.2 displacement. sa gen 4 plus CRDI lang. what surprised me is mas matipid sa diesel yung 4m41 DiD compared sa 4m40,


dieselNUBI, merong manual na 99 model. but yung mga 4x2 (feb 00 model above) I think auto na lahat. paki correct nalang kung mali ako.

PB, in a way, self adjusting siya kasi sumisikip yung kapit ng cam habang nagwe-wear. Wala kasing tappet adjustment yung 4M40 e. kung gusto mo talaga i-adjust, kelangan lagyan ng shims yung cam. Sa list mo pare, i think you got all things covered.
