Thanks bro, I will be looking for the expert in PJRO(electrical), by the way you said headlight restoration recentlyI had a problem sa headlight ko ka aadjust naira alignment & nag crack yung reflector, when I went in Banawe (Gold---- shop, I forget the last word) they have a certain guy there who do the job, for headlights alone. He restored the alignment plus cleaned the whole headlight assembly like new, since it is inside the shop they billed me P2K + tip., happy with the outcome & abandoned the HID idea

    Hello Pajero owners,

I hope you guys dont mind to get your feedback and expertise on the following, Im considering a 2nd hand 3dr Pajero IO (1.8/2.0L) GDI engine (4X4).

    Fuel Consumption :
    Cost of Maintenance/Parts availability :
    Handling/Driving comfort :
Durability/Reliability (considering na about 9-10 years na yung car) :

    Appreciate your inputs, thanks...

Yesterday ibinalik ko uli FM ko sa electrician, bumalik uli ang hard starting, to my dissapointment the 4glowplugs are busted again for the 3rd time in the span of less than a month. Sabi nun elect okey naman ang cut off timer but why is it that glowplugs are always napupundi, so pinapalitan niya ng 4glowplugs again, this time mahal ng kaunti(susuki brand). If the problem will persist, I think my recourse is to bypass the ECU card derekta n lang. Suggestion ng elect pag bumigay uli iyun ng tig P1400 ang bilhin ko. I totally disagree with his suggestion. Any suggestion from your end will be highly appreciated or else I will end as a beggar.

    Thanks-RTS

paps, thats my problem 2 weeks ago...na-busted 3 sa original ko after 2 years din...i bought federal-mogul for 165/each. apat na agad pinalitan ko but kept the remaining good OEM plugs. busted agad lahat yung bago. pinapalita ko sa auto supply, busted ulet lhat. then i bought na yung HKT PM-165 plugs. Eto yung best replacement based sa reviews. 550/each. ayun, ok agad! and still observing...so far so good....

    hope that helps...

    For Head lights :
Dismantling, cleaning & boxing up the headlights I think less than 2 hours, the guy use special tool pang tuklap sa salamin & same time tutuk ng heater blower to soften the rubberized sealing.

    For Glowplugs:
I can go deeper into my pocket for those recommended expensive type or original (P1.4K) but I have doubt that the cause is due to the glowplugs only, perhaps it goes out beyond that. If this time the glowplugs will be busted again ,I will resort to traditional way bypass the ECU card and make an independent line for the glowplugs, installed a push botton switch somewhere the panel, manual baga. I have pickup fully illustrated diagram
how to do it & will show it to my electrician
Thanks to all for the help, rgds-RTS

Poorboys Banawe. Around 1200. Headlight assembly will be opened and polished. Plus 6 months warranty against leaks.

badongski, medyo mahirap tanggalin pag first time. there are four philips screw, dalawa each side, kailangan mo ng maiksi na philips. and 6 na bolts sa harap ng gulong. ang pinakamahirap diyan yung dalawang inner na philips screw kasi di mo siya makikita kakapain mo lang siya, lalo na pag ibabalik mo na hirap ishoot kasi di mo makita.
