ar24458,di ako sure kung orig nga sa fm may maliit na side mirror,pero yung older model lahat meron at ganda kasi tingnan,kaya nung may nag alok sa akin binili ko,pero yun nga binutas para maisecure.

okay.thanks. walang ibang nagreply dito about the side mirror sa hood, maybe wala talagang gumagamit ng ganon sa FM. thanks thanks...kung may input pa yung ibang brothers naten dyan, magsali-type na kayo.hehe


regarding sa noise, normal ba sa FM yung sa mga pinto parang may ma-ingay pag dumadaan sa kalsada lalo na pag medyo tagpi tagpi yung daan? parang nagluwagan mga mountings na tunog..hehe.inputs pls...

hmmmm... no to rapide sir. read some feedbacks about rapide sa goon squad section. advice ko lang, kung sa labas, go to speedlab or speedyfix. then use royal purple oil kung kaya ng budget mo

kung kaya ng budget, i prefer sa casa talaga... kung 20k pms pagagawa mo sir, "heavy check up" (casa term) ang gagawin diyan sa FM mo...
change oil,filter,bukas mga preno clean/adjust, etc etc...

medyo may kamahalan nga lang pero in my opinion, iba kapag casa-maintained (syempre coconsider mo rin if may mga suggested parts to be replaced, pasilip mo muna sa suki mong mekaniko para may 2nd opinion ka)

pero kung preventive maintenance habol mo, casa ako.

i agree huwag sa rapide... kung sa ccc naman, they don't allow you to bring your own oil... petron lubricants dapat gamitin... pero yung mga filter and ibang parts kahit orig/oem dala mo ok lang.

testy,, hirap mag compare dapat pagtabi natin pajero natin, daming wiring and tubing na parang di ko tuloy maalala kung meron ako, particular sa aircon, yung black hose sa na mahaba sa ibababaw ng injection pump parang di familiar, napansin ko lang baliktad ba yung battery, nasa opposite side yung polarity.

ar24588, nagkabit din ako dati niyan, nagsawa din ako agad, di ko nagagamit and nawala yung stock look. ang masama pa nung pagkalas ko nagiwan ng mark sa clearcoat ko yung pinagpatungan.

teejay, If your not familiar with cars, casa na ang best place for PMS para wala kana iisipin, but personaly after warranty di na ako magcacasa pag PMS lang, medyo memorize ko na which parts to replace. mahal talaga masyado labor and parts. Id rather spend on synthetic diesel oil and oem parts. lalabas same price din total sa casa but mineral oil gamit nila. ask for a quote nabasa ko kasi may discount sila ngayon sa out of warranty PMS mitsubishi homecoming promo parang 35% off on parts and 15 % labor kung tama alala ko, nabasa ko sa newspaper. on a side note sorbrang baba ng tinakbo ng pajero mo more than 3 years old na 20k kms palang. mukhang di nagagamit, consider changing all your fluids kasi ilang years narin, radiator coolant, diff oils and atf. pag papagawa ako sa labas sa speedyfix ako.

teejay, agree with the rest of the gang,wag ka punta rapide,naexperrience ko diyan na kahit walang sakit auto mo bibigyan ka ng estimate ng kung anu ano,pagiisipin ka ng ilang araw,tapos yun pala pag patingin mo sa ibang mekaniko ay wala palang problema,na tune up nga auto, out of tune naman utak mo pag tapos.

dati casa ako kahit wala na sa warranty,ngayon i go to ansons in makati,kasi malapit sa office, honest sila and malinis gawa, okay din sila kung kunyari may mga kotse kayo from ggray market na ayaw service ng mga casa like vw, bmw,most american cars.sarap mag casa siguro kung kaya ng budget pero tingin
ko maski kalampag di nila kaya,wagon kasi tayo.

na-experience ko na yan dati sir i replaced lahat ng rubber na bilog sa lahat ng doors. if i'm not mistaken rubber stopper yata tawag dun. dami nun sa banawe.

Glowplugs keep on Busting!!

Yesterday ibinalik ko uli FM ko sa electrician, bumalik uli ang hard starting, to my dissapointment the 4glowplugs are busted again for the 3rd time in the span of less than a month. Sabi nun elect okey naman ang cut off timer but why is it that glowplugs are always napupundi, so pinapalitan niya ng 4glowplugs again, this time mahal ng kaunti(susuki brand). If the problem will persist, I think my recourse is to bypass the ECU card derekta n lang. Suggestion ng elect pag bumigay uli iyun ng tig P1400 ang bilhin ko. I totally disagree with his suggestion. Any suggestion from your end will be highly appreciated or else I will end as a beggar.

hello sir philoto, i think i can give you input regarding this as i have honda jazz 04 and a pajero gen 2.5 as well. in terms of fuel consumption... kung peso lang and hindi liters ang paguusapan, the pajero can compete with the jazz in terms of fuel economy. that is if you drive properly and are conscious about your rpm.

regarding maintenance, if youre looking at casa, its a no contest. sobra mura maintenance ng jazz natin compared to pajero. i think by my estimate, its a good 2x or close 3x more expensive maintaining the pajero if you want it done sa casa. if however you choose to have your pms done by an outside service provider, i think magkalapit na

based sa experience ng friend ko, generally regular change oil lang ang maintenance nya sa pajero niya. going 220k na mileage, pwede pa rin ibiyahe out of town... timeless ang tindig ng pajero... tsaka iba kapag sinabing nakapajero ka.

makina ng gen2 local yung 2.5 4d56... in my opinion, one of the best engines around... alaga lang sa timing belt (2 ata timing belt nyan if im not mistaken) though medyo mausok, matibay naman. 4d56 pa rin gamit nila ngayon sa latest na strada (common rail nga lang)

pricing, that will depend. nasubukan ko na ke speedyfix, ok lang ang quote sa akin, 7.8k lahat lahat. royal purple kasi ang pinalagay kong langis para every year lang ang change oil ko. hindi ko lang alam sa speedlab
