nelany, pwede narin yung price kasi canvass ko sa banawe mas mahal pa, nung tumawag ako sa kanila pinayagan ako, I just told them na nirecommend ako ni flicker, pinapunta ako sa cubao autocentro. sa roadstar. try mo sila tawagan baka mas cheaper doon ko pinickup yung knn ko. 5,400 yata price.

Bigay ng Roadstar sa K&N ay Php 5.8K. Nakatawad pa ng Php 200. Sched for pick up sa kanila next week. Another gastos pero masaya!

Good morning to All! I have a problem with my Pajero. Nag over heat sya last night. Every morning nag lalagay nako ng water sa radiator before starting the engine. Nag tataka ako bakit laging kulang ang tubig.Hindi ko masyado pinansin kasi while in heavy traffic hindi naman sya nag overheat.

My wife have been using it for the last five days and syempre hindi man lang nag utos mag lagay tubig. Tipong ang alam lang ay mag drive lang. he he he that's my wife.

Last night when she got home, told me that my Pajero smell's like burning oil. Tayo agad ako at nakita ko smoke coming out from engine room. When I open the hood the smoke came out and it smells like burning oil nga.

Here are my question. Why is it nauubos ang tubig? Wala naman leak. Water pump is good because, wag mo lang kalimutan mag tubig before using it walang problem. I also replace the radiator cap. Hose are all good kahit walang leak pinalitan ko na kasi baka nga hindi ko lang nakita yong leak. Sa radiator lang ako may nakikitang water stain malapit sa lagayan ng tubig. I think it is normal kasi kung mag lagay ka ng tubig hindi ma iwasan umapaw. Thanks for reading guys! Sana matulungan nyo ako.

nelany, tama na yang presyo na yan, post mo comment mo sa knn pag nakuha mo. dumaan ako sctex kahapon, first time ko na hi speed yung knn parang bumilis sa pakiramdam,feeling ko lang ha, or dahil malamig na panahon sa gabi. lalo na going to 150kmh.

larshell, wala pa ako ng experince sa nawawalan ng tubig, kung talagang walang leaks,minsan lang lumuwag yung clamp ng hose ko sa likod ng engine kaya may patak patak. I would check first kung ok water pump and radiator. dapat pag maiinit na with the radiator cap open, silipiin mo kung malakas flow ng water sa radiator cap. compare mo sa montero mo. your radiator could be clogged kaya pag umiinit nilalabas niya sa reservoir yung tubig.
Ive read a post dito na same problem sayo. kaya lang major repair siya. kung tama ang alala ko, medyo mahina na memory ko. kung talagang nagbabawas without leak, may crack cylinder head yata ang findings. sumasama daw yung tubig sa combustion chamber, hindi ko sure to ah, nabasa ko lang.

Hi! some years ago i had thesame problem with my Lancer GLXi. No leaks, water pumps are fine, all fans are working pero overheated pa rin. I found out that theres this valve in the water system (in the metal tube areas not on the rubber hoses) that opens or shuts off water circulation. Its how the engine maintains its temperature. Like in the morning you might notice that after a few minutes of starting your car a certain "warm" temperature is reached and is maintaned that way, that valve initially shuts and stops water circulation to reach the desired engine temp, then aftre reaching it it opens automatically, if its damaged or corroded na its stucks up either its always open or always closed. Kaya sometimes you might notice na ok ngayun bukas overheated na naman.

im not sure if a PAJERO is fitted with one but most certainly is..you might want that checked if the other cooling systems are ok..HTH

and oh?! the water dries up because your car is overheating..evaporating the water..the valve pala may also be partially open.

nelany, kayang kaya ng pajero natin 150, mabilis lang maabot going to 150 but papuntang 160 top speed matagal na sobra. I managed to hit 170 sa sctex dati kasi pababa yung road kaya may daya. konti nalang redline na kaya binitawan ko agad. yesterday I was tailing a montero sport mula entry to exit and we were both doing 150 most of the time. but the only difference is yung makina ko sigaw na, yung kanya humihuni palang. imho lang ah, parang mas mabilis na maabot ang top speed with the knn.

800 yata yung knn filtercharger. good for 2 cleaning na yan. usually ang una nauubos yung cleaner, yung oil mahirap ubusin.

PB, tingin ko na lumakas power ng pajero pati pick up niya and medyo iba ugong ng makina with knn filter. 2 weeks kko na gamit knn, first week i got 6.6 km/l, previously 5.5 km/l lang ako. today nagkarga ako, i got 7.2 km/l city and highway driving. sinabak pa ng anak ko sa traffic nung sabado ng hapon from obando bulacan thru monumento alll the way to alabang town center, bale dinaanan niya apat na malalaking mga mall kaya matindi traffic, first time ko nakatipid ng ganito, plus the fact 31 pesos na lang diesel sa caltex. okay yung idea mo on using knn... rgds

larshell, si badsektor pala yung nagpost about cylinder head. wag ka muna mag isip na ng major repairs baka radiator lang yan, have you tried cleaning the fins of your radiator? just remove the grill and give it a good hosing na malakas and pressure, baka madumi lang and when was the last time you flushed your radiator? baka barado lang.

Boss Pb, on led, napalitan mo ba yung mga ilaw sa inclinometer and compass? napapalitan ko yung sa speedometer and rpm gauge sa carland sa malugay, marami silang led dun pati mga led sa dome lights pero ayaw nila galawin yung sa inclinometer dahil sensitive daw. took ur advice on KNN filter, tingin ko tumipid nga pero hindi pa ko pa gas, baka bukas.

Hi pr462, sir do you have contacts of carland? San din located yung Malugay? Wala kasi talaga ako mahanap sa banaue ng mga leds for dash eh, hirap daw maghanap nun kasi rice bulbs daw yun.. TIA sir

jcdc, yung pwede gamitan ng peanut bulb leds are 4pcs sa speedometer, 1 pc lang for multimeter and altimeter, and 1 pc sa gear shift. the rest are #74 socket types. wala ako alam locally available. kung bibili ka sa seller na yan kuha karin nung 6 leds na rectangular shape. bagay yun sa room lamps natin, plus pati yung plate no light ko kinabitan ko narin, ganda ng kinalabasan, puting puti sa gabi. wala nga lang kasamang socket na plug ang play, kailangan mo splice sa wiring. I took a pic for comparison ng stock and led, nung kinabit ko dalawa na ang liwanag sa gabi, hanggan sahig kulay puti.

Nagpunta ako keyser radiator repair shop sa west avenue QC
They overhauled my radiator. Almost the same as orig yong top plastic portion ng radiator ko and palit narin ng rubber gasket. They flush out the whole cooling system including the heater. Ang daming kalwang! Cost is P5,880, pwede na (IMHO) kasi the whole radiator cost is 15K not orig, Orig cost is 34K Parang orig din yong ginawa nila. I also discover that my Aux fan was malfunctioning intermittently, so I decided to replace the motor. Cost is 7K Denso Orig. Ang laki ng nilakas ng Aux Fan ko. I'm now observing my Pajero if the engine still overheats most probably Cylinder head is the cause of the problem. I hope my Pajero will be fine.

larshell, sana yan na nga yung problem, napansin ko din sa radiator ko yan na ang daming kalawang, mga 3 months ago I flushed my radiator 3 times, pag uwi ko sa gabi I flush with a cleaner and replace with new water. 3 consecutive nights yun, medyo malaki nagastos ko sa coolant and coolant flush. kasi napansin ko nga na parang di natatanggal yung kalawang. but ganun parin after a few days yung kulay ng coolant parang brownish green agad. a friend advised me to mix turco and water sa radaitor sabi niya for sure tanggal lahat ng kalawang. kaso natakot ako. hehe. how did the shop flush your system? any chemicals or procedure na pwede mo ituro saakin para DIY ko. parang gusto ko nga iwan na yung flushing chemical for one day sa radiator para talagang maflush. kaso hindi ko alam kung may bad effect.
sa aux fan normal talagang sirain yan, magakano mo nabili aux fan mo?

May noise sa may front wheel ko driver side when i suddenly step on the brakes, when i go to an incline surface or when I turn fully to the left.
I had it check say may bosch shop lapit sa amin and they told me the bushings are ok. they told me its the shocks? Medyo duda ako.
any same experience pls.... ano kaya problem... tnx
