July 31st, 2008 09:06 AM #2514pb, sige will do that. thanks! gagawin kong pizza yung loob ng plastic na yan --> overstuffed!
nope my ride isn't set-up. all stock lang. its a 2002 so mags isn't even the ralliart one and no overrider pa. the only 'landi' is i replaced the cabin bulbs with the white ones, pati sa baba nung doors. got the idea from your discussions. really cool at night. ang di ko lang magawa ay palitan yung mga dashboard lights since di ata available dito yung led bulbs.
so far, happy ako except for an unsightly bengkong on the rear bumper. iniisip ko na lang, dimples sya
. pero one time sa coastal road southbound, gabi nun, meron 2 pajeros sa tapat ko na may ilaw sa stainless part nung bumper, left and right. as in silang dalawa. how rare is that? parang inaakit akong gawin din, not for anything else but to address the cute bumper-dimple.

stadaenko, bili kalang ng foam tape, daming uses nun sa pag troubleshoot ng ingay lalo na sa plastics, 350 pesoses lang per roll, sa mga hradware meron nun or sa aircon repair shops. how about map lights napalitan mo narin ba ng puti? euro version yata tawag sa bumper lights, si PK meron nun sa lumang pajero niya, he can fill you in sa details ng cost and install, kung budget pwede narin siguro isang square foglights, paging idol PK uli,
fcuyugan, mas gwapo parin ang gen 2.5 in my opinion lang, compared sa gen 4. I dunno why. pero parang ang macho ng tayo ng gen 2.5. pero super hi tech and refined na ng new pajero, parang stone age na interior natin compared sa bago. plus the gen 4 engine will always put a smile in your face.
I just bought new filters, baka next month 100k na odometer ko, picturan ko,
every 20k palit ng air and fuel filters.
oem oil filter 1,450
oem fuel filter 1,650
oem air filter 1,250

August 1st, 2008 10:41 AM #2517i've been reading this forum since 2 years ago.. it's very informative and helpful.. just wanted to ask if any of you guys tried the devil's own water/alcohol injection.. it has been dyno tested that after installing the kit a significant gain of HP has been recorded...
it's a good upgrade to consider kasi ang claim nila.. fuel effeciency can only be attained by having more power at less throttle and this kit can provide more HP at low rpm.. for more info visit http://www.speedlab.com.ph/products/.../devilsown.htm
sana meron na dito naka pag pakabit... thanks...

zenon, wala pa yata gumawa niyan dito.
sarap siguro kung lumakas pa 4m40 natin.
my weekend project, OC project uli, operation kalampag.
I deadened my skid plate, and transmision shield, next week yung gas tank shielding naman, pag dumadaan kasi ako sa bridge, may naririnig akong echo ng metal na nagvavibrate Im almost sure isa sa plates yan, pag hindi ito yun baka stepboard.
Hey Pk, you mentioned may problem aircon blower mo, habang naghahanap ng rattles, I found out na yung isang rattle ko galing pala sa blower, may play na yata yung shafting ng motor ko, up and down. umaangat ng konti yung scroll kasama yung shafting, pag shineshake ko up and down, pag nalulubak parang may maluwag na sound, soft tok tok sound, sa passenger side dashboard. kala ko nga sa suspension. pareho kaya problem natin?Last edited by promdiboy; August 4th, 2008 at 05:11 AM.

Hi to All experts here.
Would anyne be able to guide me to the proper grounding points for Gen2.5 Paj, 4M40 engine.
I plan to install a grounding kit. I have read that it has minimal effect as compared to installing it to a gasoline engine, but for whatever its worth, i'm willing to give it a try.
thanks in advance.

flicker, I also have a grounding kit installed,
here are my mountiing points 8 wires
1. and 2. battery to body (near engine fuse box and near stock body ground)
3.connected to #1 (para umabot sa ilalim) to AT tranny (near the AT oil pan sa ilalim ng kotse)
4 and 5..battery to front bumper (direct sa body ground ng busina, foglights, and headlight wiring kits, 2 wires to connected para hanggang sa kabilang headlight and foglights)
6.battery to engine (sa valve cover daan sa ilalim ng intercooler cover)
7.engine to body ( turbo shielding going to body, merong stock grounding point doon pinatong ko lang)
8.alternator to body (alternator bracket to right fender)
If you have a spare gauge 4 wire, it would help to connect directly from altenator positive output (nakabalot ng rubber cover sa likod ng alternator) to positive battery terminal then fused mga 40 amps near the battery for safety.. sa car sudio merong tawag na big 3 upgrade, ito ang most important mounting points, battery to chassis, engine to body and alternator positive to battery positive.Last edited by promdiboy; August 5th, 2008 at 01:54 AM.
