As long as you know what to do with the car, for me personally, its alright to have it serviced outside of the dealers.
Try searching for checklists or maintenance schedules and basically you can replicate what the casas are doing. I havent been to a mitsu casa (save for buying some parts) since my first pajero seven years ago hehehe.

March 27th, 2007 12:27 AM #1392Mga Sirs, tanong lang po: Lahat po ba ng FM Gen 2.5 ay "facing-side" ang third row seats?
Seat conversions to return to forward facing third row seats are available in the aftermarket.
PK,
Rico ata yung last set na ginamit ko. Ok naman for me. Kaso baka hindi ka masiyahan. hehehe.

I used Ricoh on my Patrol for around a week or so, pinapalitan ko kaagad ng Bendix.

I went to a Mitsubishi dealer yesterday and learned that the 2007 Fieldmaster has third row seats fracing front. Its current price is P1.843M less P100K. Kaya lang, I was thinking that parang yung P1.743M will be like buying an already outdated model because this has been in the market for almost 9 years now?

Ang hirap kasing mag-downgrade if you experienced driving a Pajero na. Pajero is one of those SUVs that will always make you stand out in the crowd! Para bang you can hear in the back of your ears na " Yung mama o, naka-Pajero."
Mga Pards, I was just wondering how's the fuel consumption of a M/T 4D56 TDIC (2.5 Li) Gen 2 Pajero compared to a A/T 4M40 TDIC (2.8 Li) Gen 2.5 Pajero Fieldmaster. I know its definitely mas matipid but I'm unsure of by how much? Thanks.

Thanks Pajerokid! Pag decided na akong i-give up ang Gen 2 ko eh I'll try finding a tip-top Fieldmaster.
Siyanga pala mga Pards, eto pala yung link ng current vehicle prices sa market in case you still don't know. Updated naman siya afaik kasi I've been visiting showrooms in a hunt nowadays (lalo tuloy akong nalilito sa mga choices). You could also find other brands there. Cheers!
