...Whay the winterpine representative at the dealership does is to get as much number of customers with concerns, para i notify ang winterpine mainoffice for their technician to do the rounds....

does this mean pag isang customer lang ang may concern in a region, then winterpine will not send anybody immediately to address that issue

since winterpine sold and installed these units in the monty, then they should also ensure that they have a fulltime technician in each casa to address all customer concerns

kumita na sila sa pagbenta sa unit na yan tapos hindi sila mag invest o gumastos sa pag honor ng warranty????

Found out that the controls for 2011 models and earlier ones (with battery tray) dont have built in leds on its buttons so i had to install those leds myself







This 5 pin connector is an option if you want a wired connection of the control buttons. I think if you want to use this, sigurado makikipagcoordinate na naman tayo sa "winterpine"




Finished installing the leds. I got the supply connection to the park light switchÂ*








Nice naman pala pag-illuminated yung buttonsÂ*

Yup there is that option of a wired connection, yun nga lang sigurado yung connector niyan available lang ( na naman) sa winterpine kasi dapat yung compatible sa avt nila yan

Try to restore to factory defaults. If still hangs,
Go to settings, then About, check the map version no. If its 1.9a, then we gonna have to wait for a patch on their update kasi meron pa problem yung 1.9a eh. If its 1.7a, you can download 1.8a(stable update so far) and use it instead. Here is the link,

The sd card is at the top left portion of the lcd, covered with sticker, just go remove it. Extract the file , drag and drop, replace all files.Â*

Make sure that the technician from winterpine is there, plus you may wanna tell them to bring extra avt units na para hindi ka pabalik-balik if ever talagang needs to be replaced

Mga sir, help naman po, nawala ung voice sa GPS ko d naman siya naka mute. Ang huling tanda ko lang na nagawa ko is na i unplug ko ung cable then plug ko ulit, May connection ba kaya un?

Mute on gps, it also happened to me months ago, a simple reset using the tiny button solved it

They did not specifically mentioned that they will not do it, or will not send their technician kung isa lang ang customer, but I guess its how it is. Kasi ang lagi lang reply nung una, "sige sir inform kita pag may schedule yung technician". Probably in not so many words, yes.
