how can i activate the "tire monitoring" on my MS GLS V?
i was reading the manual but i cant find any instructions.
thanks
From my understanding the Tire Pressure monitor is only available in the GTV model.
If not properly maintained, all crdi's will emit black smoke. So unless we are sure that it is new or properly maintained yet it emits black smoke, then there is really a problem.
Saw a crdi sportage emit black smoke but due to its dirty body, I assume its due to neglect.![]()
Fasten your seatbelt! Or else...Driven To Thrill!
Maybe if you buy the cable along with other accesories, winterpine will sell the cable? Pero if cable lang then its a 50-50 deal?
How much did winterpine charge you for the cable and back up camera?
BTW, its official! CASA confirmed that mu S.White GLS-V will arrive on TuesdayJust in time for the holy week holidays!
I've already have these waiting...
a. A 3 Horn FIAM air horn--> a must if you drive here in Muntinlupa.
b. JBL separates
c. JBL 10 inch "stealth" sub
d. V-series Alpine amp
Me thinks I'll save a little for a processor? havent heard the OEM Tuner, but since its an AVT, me thinks its in need of one.
If I upgrade the sounds, I'll include the headrest monitor and back up camera...para isang baklasan na lang.
*Tuason 7,
Mura pa nga yan... Mitsu Alabang 4k! WTef....

BTW, may nadiscover si erpats na problema sa 5-day old na MS (GLS-V) namin. steering wheel audio controls stopped working. ok naman daw 2 days ago pero nawala daw. Saka may small rattling sound daw sa may roof nya, tapat ng 2nd row seat. tunog daw eh parang nayuyuping yero. i read some problems like these sa forum na to pero what makes me bothered eh sobrang layo ang SA sa aming place (4-hour drive).d ko alam if maaayos nila ito in a day or two..![]()
Hi Jay. My Tagalog is almost zero; but I get the jist of some of your post.
I too live four hours (which I do in a little over three hours) from nearest dealer. This drive entails a mountain crossing .
As for the remote; Sir Pogey-uy posted the reset procedure way back. I think it is hold the 'up' arrow and the '-' together for a few seconds.
Make sure the rear seats are clicked into position and the tool kit is strapped in.
Just had my 1k pms and still no smoking issues except for the third day of ownership with extended idle (20 mins). Lots of black smoke from vehicles in front of me traveling over the mountain yesterday. Even a starex emitted grey smoke overtaking. The fortuners/hiaces are the worst though (worse than jeepneys); but I put a lot of it down to the drivers being in too high a gear. I solved these problems by zooming by them on the shortest of straights.
