I can't help but think that the question I raised was quite uncomfortable to some. Be that as it may, I still believe that your group is still the authority on it.

Strange since Winterpine agreed to install the backup camera for me when my GTV is delivered.

From my understanding the Tire Pressure monitor is only available in the GTV model.

The TPMS on the HU is the display interface only. You need to have the tire sensors as well as the receiver module that is connected to the HU to have it work.

Strange but true. The cable is terribly controlled as it can only be bought from Mitsubishi dealers at an incredibly expensive price. Cable for the headrest monitors as well as the low level sub out priced at 3k a piece!

If not properly maintained, all crdi's will emit black smoke. So unless we are sure that it is new or properly maintained yet it emits black smoke, then there is really a problem.

Saw a crdi sportage emit black smoke but due to its dirty body, I assume its due to neglect.

Maybe if you buy the cable along with other accesories, winterpine will sell the cable? Pero if cable lang then its a 50-50 deal?
How much did winterpine charge you for the cable and back up camera?

BTW, its official! CASA confirmed that mu S.White GLS-V will arrive on Tuesday Just in time for the holy week holidays!

    I've already have these waiting...
    a. A 3 Horn FIAM air horn --> a must if you drive here in Muntinlupa.
    b. JBL separates
    c. JBL 10 inch "stealth" sub
    d. V-series Alpine amp

Me thinks I'll save a little for a processor? havent heard the OEM Tuner, but since its an AVT, me thinks its in need of one.

If I upgrade the sounds, I'll include the headrest monitor and back up camera...para isang baklasan na lang.

    *Tuason 7,

Mura pa nga yan... Mitsu Alabang 4k! WTef....

    Only white?

Due to blown out glow plug.

Some brandnew car is due to blown heater relay fuse because the glow plug wire touches the exhaust manifold causing short circuit. Bad factory wiring, slack was not removed completely before tying.

Tucson R and Santa Fe R / pre facelift wala.

Pero yung Grand Starex meron. May mga Starex na kapag bigla mong piniga nag-uusok. Kasi 4D56 din. Bosch system lang.

Sorry for the OT, MS boys.

Camera around 3.5k and if you like the camera that doesnt require you to drill holes nasa 7k.

Cable should be less than 1.5k

Is the 3.5K camera the type that attaches to the screws of the plate number? If so I think this sells for 2.5K at tsikot shop.

Hi Jay. My Tagalog is almost zero; but I get the jist of some of your post.
I too live four hours (which I do in a little over three hours ) from nearest dealer. This drive entails a mountain crossing .
As for the remote; Sir Pogey-uy posted the reset procedure way back. I think it is hold the 'up' arrow and the '-' together for a few seconds.

Make sure the rear seats are clicked into position and the tool kit is strapped in.

Just had my 1k pms and still no smoking issues except for the third day of ownership with extended idle (20 mins). Lots of black smoke from vehicles in front of me traveling over the mountain yesterday. Even a starex emitted grey smoke overtaking . The fortuners/hiaces are the worst though (worse than jeepneys); but I put a lot of it down to the drivers being in too high a gear. I solved these problems by zooming by them on the shortest of straights.
