noted white smoke when idling. cant tell if there is still white smoke during mobiling.

noted ZERO value on altimeter

guys normal lang ba ung montero pagnakastationary lang na andar parang mausok? normal ba un or ano? salamat sa sasagot... un kasi napansin ko sa akin pagkauwi ko ng akin... or mawawala din yan pagnabreak in na....?

My monty has the same issue, it emits a while smoke while idling and stationary. Hope this will be solved after my 1000kms PMS...

Good Eve Tsikoteers. I travelled from Manila to Urdaneta, Dagupan, San Fernando La Union, and back to Manila. Total fuel consumed 64.3Liters, with total Kilometer travelled of 687kms (798-111kms). So nag average lang ako ng 10.68km/L

My ride is a week old 2.5l 4x2 monty. Hope consumption will improve after the first 1000kms PMS...

It will surely improve (mas magagamay mo din kasi yung optimum performance level niya) as well as mawawala na din yung white smoke after the break-in period. But in the early morning esp kung malamig panahon meron yan in the first minute or so lang naman. Again as mentioned above, malamig pa makina, wala pa sa proper operating temp. Hope you'll have peace of mind.

yan ata talaga average FC ng MS sa long drive. hindi ko alam kung pano nakaka achieve ng 12-14km/l ang iba... siguro max nila 80kph sa highway + walang overtake

makakatiis ka ba 80kph max ka lang?

sa white smoke naman.. normal din sa MS yan. pagmasdan mo yung ibang MS mas malala pa

VGT 4x2 Monty acquired Feb 16,2011. First Diesel engine ko kasi eto... my honda city 2009 tumatakbo ng 160kph sa sctex, with an average fuel consumption of 15-17km/l. Never tried that speed with monty, but I can feel its strong engine while accelerating, lakas humatak!

^ 2010 non VGT and 2011 VGT have different MIDs. So i guess she doesnt know why hers can have altmeter readings every 5minutes.

may taga Mitsu SA ba dito? Maybe someone can answer.

Yes JF; we already know the release details for a couple of weeks. We are just wanting to know what date they will be in Casa. According to MMPC; it will be fourth week of Feb (this week).
