it happens to me as well, and it turns out yung seatbelt.

or kung di man check na din yung likod ng sandalan ng backseat, make sure tight yung mga gamit don. (including yung bar)

+1 din ako dyan, Annoying yung sound talaga, seatbelt lang pala problem...

OT... any feedbacks on the cooper tires A/T and STT? Gusto ko sana yun STT tapang tingnan kaso I'm worried kasi I will be driving mostly on road. Will the difference in the STT and AT be noticeable for the driver?

stt ba yung equivalent ng mud tires? if yes, very noticeable ang vibrations and tire noise, tapos medyo hahaba ang braking distance mo. acceleration and top speed will be lesser din. and according to arvin, mas mabilis mapudpod kung mostly highway ang takbo mo. pero other than that astig naman ang looks ng gulong mo hehehe

yup, STT is actually the m/t of cooper. Basta ang rule of thumb pag sa gulong is if you will be doing mostly paved roads, stick to h/t, 60/40 paved/gutted may h/t na kaya pa eto. 50/50 get a/t. 40/60 - may a/t series na kaya pa eto. any other ratio get m/t.

reason for this is that the more tire contact you have with the ground the more control you get, more grip on the road and breaking efficiency and better fuel economy because of less air drag due to the bigger lug spacing. Tire life gets shorter when tire lug spacing gets bigger, kasi mas kumokonti ang goma na may contact sa kalsada.

kala ko pa naman pwede gamitin ang cooper STT for everyday use. I will be mostly on paved roads so H/T really makes a logical choice. However, when emotions come to play then STT is the more appropriate choice since whenever you look at your truck with those M/T it makes you smile :D

Checked with Ryco and the AT3 are around 8k and the STT's are 12k so I am assuming na yun S/T's are in the middle so mga 10k? This is for 265/70/17 tires.

If the s/t's are in the 10k range might as well get the pirelli scorpions atr. Mas logical ba na choice yun pirellis?

Baka close lang ang price sa S/T. Mas maganda kase ang sipping ng bagong S/T Maxx. Lesser chances of hydroplaning. Tapos maangas pa yung tread extension sa sidewall.

yung cooper s/t maxxx is a great design.. in between siya ng stc and stt. highly reccomended siya ng cousin's ko sa states and australia. only problem here is wala pa yung stock nila and limited lang din daw ang size according to ryco. as far as pirellis go, pwede na din sila pero may issue with the rubber compound as being to soft, so tire life is greatly reduced, ika nga parang erraser na nauubos sa kalsada. i think bridgestone has a good a/t design na ngayun. hindi ko lang matandaan or was it dunlop? hehehehe try nyo tanungin si polpol, naka 265/75r16 siya na a/t ngayun

sir, anong size yung STT na 12k na tinanong nyo? weird naman...kasi huling tanong namin not so recently yung 285/75/16 9.7k lang..

at any rate, i believe kapag maglalabas ng new models magbaba ng price for the current one.
so it should be a win-win situation for buyers (ingat lang sa 'paradox of choice')
