Mahal naman, cause ako sa 20,000 mileage ko I got billed for Php9,000. And I believe it shouldn't be that expensive, BMW nga 5,000 lang pa change oil eh. Bakit ang mahal mag-pachange-oil?

Kaya ako I'm planning to sell din my Strada, moving on with Montero. Does anybody know where I can put my AD, cause I'm selling my "Mitsubishi Strada GLX 2.5 2010 w/ 20" Chrome Mags, DVD/GPS, Fender".

And also I'm curious, should we really follow the change-oil every 5,000kms mark? Kasi hindi ba tayo lugi parang every change-oil, it'll cost us huge amount of money.

Actually every 10,000 kms ang change oil sir. Top-up every 5,000 kms baka kulang na ang langis kaya kailangan ipatignan. IMO, it is important na ipa-PMS ang sasakyan every 5,000kms.

Ahh, so normal lang na every 5,000kms ipa-PMS, but its not necessary na ipa-changeoil? Kasi every 5,000kms ichechange oil nila yung Strada ko and halos 8-9k per change oil. Is that normal?

mabebenta yan sir! :D try mo sa sulit ipost, dun ko pinost yung sa akin e 1 week lang nabenta na hehe. Also try mo pareserve na 5K lang naman reservation, kasi susunod na shipment sa october pa tapos baka may price increase sayang din.

Sa Valle Verde, nagpareserve ako 1st week of August pa kaya pang 2 ako sa pila, 16 na yung nakapila e buti na lang :D

I bought my strada (3.2) 2009, then came our montero (2.5)late 2010, to sum up, I still love to drive the strada than our montero, sa response ng makina sa tagtagan blues strada parin, yun nga lang pag pormahan sa kasalan, binyagan & other social gatherings montero, but if your strada is dressed iba pa rin ang tindig, anyway it is your choice & good luck

kung every 5000 or 10000 ang change oil depends kung mineral or synthetic oil ang ginagamit.

sa price na sinabi niyo (9000) granting na its a regular change oil lang (meaning wala kayong ibang service napinagawa), i believe that's more or less a price for a casa synthetic oil.

in that case, then ang change oil should be every 10000km nga. yung pagpunta niyo sa interval na 5000km should be for top up and oil filter lang.

now kung in spite na naka synthetic oil kayo eh every 5000 pa din totaly pinapalitan oil niyo nang di niyo naman specifically nirequest, aba dapat fellow bosb's should be warned against that casa branch / service advisor.

though ako kahit pormahan sa social gatherings, id still prefer the Strada.
Imagine dala mo 'TRUCK', hehe

(besides, given the times for sure puro naka montero na yung ibang bisita don. at least a Strada would still stand out)

Uu nga e sa wakas! :D sinet ko na nga sa sarili ko na baka after pa ng 15 darating di ko inexpect na sasabihan ako ng SA ko na meron na, actually parating pa lang 5 to 9 days daw so malamang next week yun.

Tinanong ko rin siya kung may brochure na o kung may specs na ng changes wala pa rin daw. Since di pa talaga siya officially irerelease, pero pwede na raw ibigay yung padating na 5 units before the official launch.

I'll post pictures here pag nakuha ko na talaga :D

Black ang gray pa lang nga pala yung dumating sa Valle Verde ewan ko lang sa ibang dealers.

Sir Rovin99, you are getting the wrong information. Strada is the best!
I have driven a Nissan Navarra and a Ford Ranger. I have a friend who rode a Toyota Hilux and my Strada.

Sir may Strada po ba yung napagtanungan ninyo o nagkwento lang try ninyo sir na magtest drive ng Strada baka mabago ang kwento hehehe

BOSB, I had one incident where my strada won't start. Please note that my unit is 6 months old. We were travelling from Davao to Surigao. We had breakfast in surigao. I turn-off the engine, make sure also that I cool down the engine before turning off.

When we were about to leave, I put the key on the ignition and turn on the engine. There was no reaction from the engine. The electricity was good. We checked the fuses, no busted fuse. One of my companion told me to disable my alarm then after it start. We traveled to our destination and I activated back the alarm. Then after, I had no more problem.

What could have been the cause of that incident?

As of this morning nasa Cainta Warehouse na yung mga units due for inspection. :D

Sabi ng SA sa Diamong VV, although di pa confirmed ang changes daw e wraparound aircon (di ko maimagine itsura nito hehe) then ABS na raw O.O kung totoo to sulit to sa 30K increase :D

The SA was probably not paying attention during product orientation and mixed up the features of 2012 Montero & Strada.
